I had 338.34 taken from my account on 10/26.  What a joke.  Apparently they don't stop these from happening because ...I'm not really sure why not... My credit union is crediting my account but said the other bank has 60 days to appeal it?  I barely use that account too, ridiculous.

The exact same thing happened to my elderly parents checking acct that Royboy posted in October 2012. Please be careful. We had to close their account and make all kinds of arrangements to protect this from happening again.  Shame on the dishonest people in this world.

My mother did not get a phone call but on 10/26/12 they sent in a bank draft for $340.39 to her bank and the bank sent them this money. I contacted the bank and they are putting this back into her account.  I am trying to find out if there is anyone to get involved in this that can help get this stopped. Seems like they are making good money in this scam.

Took 195.88 out of my Checking account without my knowledge. Don"t know who it is and never received a phone call.

I was also ripped off by this person $319.75.  Had to close my account.  Someone really needs to find this person and stop her or him.  Any ideas what we can do???  I want to know who this person is.  Really pissed off.

Does anyone know how these people are getting our account numbers.  They took $324.21 from me.  Now the mailbox is full for me to follow up on my call from last month.

Funds were stolen from my bank account via this person on October 24, 2012.  I was able to speak with someone who said I would have my funds returned 5-7 days, well as you know, no funds have been returned.  I am going go close this account and hope my credit union can recover the funds. They didn't call me, but took $339.40 out of mine and my husband's checking account on October 26,2012! They used a bank check of some sort that doesn't even match our checks and it was made out to Deirdre Worly DBA! I've called the number that is posted on the memo of the check and it says the mailbox is full and call back later! You get no where to find out what its even about!

They just took 325.99 from my account and my bank is telling me I may not even be able to recover the money because they used a bank check....

I have never gotten a call from this number. They took $340.91 out of my bank account. The check was made out to Deirdre Worly DBA. Be very careful.
