I didn't get a phone call. This # just showed up on my checking account info with the code (ELN) RBG then this #. and took $69.99 out of my account!  I have no idea what this is can some one tell me?

This company runs a scam on unsuspecting people, I order a diet pill and was only to pay shipping which was $5.91.  When I looked at my checking account I saw that I was charged the $5.91 and then $139.62. When I calld the number the person I talked with told me there  were no refunds and no returns.  You had 3 days to see if you were satisfied or not.  It is a scam a rip off no better than the common criminal.  If anyone has an answer on how to get your money back please let me knowl.  When I called my banki they told me this was a recurring charge every month, so I had to cancel my credit card.

This took place in Feb., 2011:We were also charged by readingbug.com for Acai-Trim Acai Berry Superfood power pills.  When I called the number on the bottle (l-877-387-4296) we got an answering service for that company, which was the readingbug.com number(877-699-7770).  I was charged an additional $l5.00 after paying a trial price amount of $5.96 so I wouldn't have to return any unused product.  After giving out my charge card #, I called our bank when I read the account of others with similar experiences.  We cancelled our charge cards and ordered new ones.

I got hit for $127.57!!  I havw never heard of this cmpany readingbug either!  I never authorized this to be withdrawn either. How are they getting away with this?  I am in the process of callng them (actually on hold) has anyone had luck getting their money back?

Got me for 30.61.  There were other unauthorized charges to my credit card (for surgery and other items I don't know what they were for.  BE CAREFFUL and report to your credit card company or bank immediately!

They took 139.69 out of my account. I have no idea who this company is. I didn't order any reading stuff I ordered some diet pills. Weird. I'm so confused. The company said they didn't have any contact info for the company that they were taking calls for and that all they could do was cancel my membership. I am dealing with my bank right now to refund the money.

I didn't get a phone call from these people (readingbug.com -  ATTN. DON"T CONFUSE WITH thereadingbug.com) just a charge on my visa on Oct. 31 for $62.87 which I didn't see until I got my bill and checked it (always) at the end of Nov. Tried to contact them via e-mail (e-mail bounced) and their 877 phone number, I never got through. No street addresses available, just a refrence to Utah on their website disclaimer page. Probably also a phony. They had my visa acc. #, my e-mail address and a first initial and last name and street address. Check out their website pages and you will see that they are suspiciouly sparce and vague and you would have to be crazy to submit any data through them. Also, as their website would lead you to believe, their org. exisits to provide some sort of reading supplement or apparatus for children. I had to laugh when I read one of the letters here stating that the company at this number was dispensing anti-age pills that the writer must have ordered!?!

I was just chareged also $61.82 on my master Card and just like all the others, I too called this # and to my avail, no answer. I did not give this authorization. I contacted my creditor and filed unathorized used of my credit card. They said they would send me a letter of affidavit and as long as I signed it and returned it they would credit my account.

I never ordered anything, so far nothing has shown up.  1-877-699-7770 just tells me they're an answering service for READINGBUG.COM

this just happened to me on 11/10/2010. ive been trying to contact them by way of phone on hold 30 and stiil; going.$62.87.

They charged my account 62.87 from the readingbug.com. I called the number and did speak to a person and they told me their were sending me some anti age pills and that is what the charge was for. When I told them I has not ordered them they wanted to put back half of the amount. And when I told them they cause my acct to be overdrawn they made no comment in regards to that. So I contacted my bank and file papers, stating I did not give them authorization to take anything out of my account. I would like to know how they got my account information. This is what I am going to look into. And I would like to get everyone that this has happened to together and file a lawsuit against them. i got a charge this week for $69  have never heard of this company and have no idea how they got my bank information.  disputing with my bank

This company took 68 dollars from my checking account. This withdrawal was unauthorized. Trying to get my money back.

I did not receive a call  from this number however there was an unauthorized withdrawl from my checking account that came back to this number. the charge was for 69.99. I am disputing this with my bank.

This site took 69.95 out of my account. All I had was this number so whatever it is took it out of my account.

Who s ever number this is took 70.00 out of my checking account.
