Card Services calling is what they say they are even calling my work which is harassement and shall be dealt with.  They do not stop no matter what.  They call mourning noon and night time too.

These people call me everyday and i am sick and tired of them calling my phone. It is never a real person that asks for you it's a freaking robot.

I keep getting calls from these guys about my car payments...but I don't own a car.

i called it back and they answered "Van Nuys".....isn't that a trucking co.

They called four times this morning and did not leave a message.  Yesterday they called when the phone was not forwarded and left a message that sounded like a jack hammer.

Calls but does not leave messages.  If it is a collection agency, this would be considered harassment.

Hey, Im from Costa Rica, i used to work for this company, it's a collection agency called Van Ru Credit Corp based in USA, we were just a branch and we used to work for a credit card called Imagine Master Card that it sucks really bad, all those things you already said it is true, all of it, but that is because the system sucks, the networks and database we used was handle by retardeds or something like that, thats why i quit and i found this site by coincidence, but they lost the project and im not sure if the new company have the same phone number, our supervisors never remove any number, they just tell the people they will but it never happen, i hope this can be usefull and any question let me know to see if i can answer as a former debt collector...

They said I have a bill of 70 dollars and I paid them that and it show's on my debit card statement and they keep on calling, saying that they never recieved any money from me. There has to be something fraudulent about this company.

I have a "disposable" phone that I use only for text messaging. I never use the "phone" part. It was bought at WalMart, and is not in anyone's name. I get dozens of calls a week from this number.

i run cellular store i keep getiing calls from 877-719-1925 asking for some that not only dont work here but has never worked here i ask them to remove number and they keep call everyday for every hour for three days

FIRST OFF: If you owe a bill please pay it.
SECONDLY: If you fee that a collection agency is in violation of the law, step one is to contact the Attorney General In Your State. And Fill a claime.

Keep Records, times and dates that they call and what message was left. This will insure that your Atty General can see the legality of your claime.

There is a pending Class Action Law Suite Pending Against HSBC and its Collection Practices.

I am still getting calls from this place. I even talked to a supervisor about this situation. They were asking for an Andrew Tuttle that I have never even heard of. I have been told 3 times that my number has been removed. The calls will stop for a couple of days then they start up again and I have to go through the same routine. I have even offered to fax something from my phone company offering to prove this was not "Andrew Tuttles" number. This is starting to get out of hand.

Wow, since I'vew received this new number..I've been so popoula w/ this Card service co.  day and night without failing to call me and ask for some scumbag named clark..I told them that clark is no one that I know and this is a new number.. but their harrassment still goes on.. what a bunch of scumbag b*****ds.

I was recieving calls on the hour for 6 hours straight. When I called it back I got the same message saying this is Card Services please wait for the next avaible agent. But no one answered. It is really driving me nuts.

Have been called several times. When you answer they just hang up. What can be done about this.

It's card services.  I called them back.  They said they are looking for a "Wayford Humphrey", whoever that is.  If you call them back it appeared that they answered on the first ring and removed the number.

I just got two calls within 45 minutes apart. I never answer numbers I don't know so I didn't answer. The first time there was no voicemail but the second time it said "this is not a solicitation call. Please call Ms. Jones asap. Again this is not a solicitation call". So annoyoing!

It is not "Guard" services, it is "Card Services." It is about a Visa credit card I forgot I had and forgot to pay the $4.34 bill on.

I received several calls at work from this number. Asking for a colleague of mine. I called back from my work number and a man answered. He said his name is Ronny and that he is from "Guard Services".

Calls constantly!  When I answer there is no-one on the other end of the line.  Annoying!
