I got the same message today. Who is this guy.

I need an address to this company to have my lawyer send them a letter of intent and I cannot find an address for them.  They hang up on me when I ask them for their address.  does anyone have an address for them?

left a message that I had been served, and they wanted my address so that they can process the request. cant find anything with this phone number

I have been paying for what I thought was a true loan to Nationwide Services.  I did too receive a call a few months back stating that he was going to come to my work and serve me.  I then called Michelle Jones @ ext 323.  # was 877.781.2976.  I up until today have been always able to get through to her so I thought this was a true debt.  Dummy me.  When I called the # today, it has been dis-connected...The # that was on my bank statement changed to: 877.466.1485.  As it turns out this is an interperter # for those that are deaf...SCAMMED AND DONT BE LIKE ME...

After receiving my first call from this rude, unprofessional idiot I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission as well as the Attorney General of my state.  For all of you who have been contacted by him or any one representing ADR you need to do the same.  He/they are violating numerous laws and without citizen action he/they can not be caught and prosecuted.  Lets all unite and see how he/they like it.

This rude jerk called my mother-in-law and has been for the past 5 months.  He told her that he was filing charges if I do not call him back immediately.  She said heis very rude!  These people need to understand that they should not be harrassing people!

These people at ADR/Nationwide are the most unprofessional, foul and for lack of a better word pathetic bottom feeders!!!! They call me 2-3 times a day. Not to mention they call my relatives and former employers. They leave voicemails saying that I have multiple charges pending against me and that I have til the end of the day to return their call so they can serve me court documents over the phone and in closing they state I have now formally been served. I'm like WTF!!! They leave a bad phone number 877-781-2976 which when you call it tells you to push 0 for the operator or enter an extention for the party you wish to reach when doing so it take you right back to the same message repeating to press 0 for the operator or to put in an extention so I ask you this how in the hell am I suppose to call them back!!!! This is a scam so if you are 1 of their many victims don't be afraid of there calls its all a bunch of BS!!!!!!!!

Does anyone know who they are collecting for?  Pay day?  Tryting to get more info to file a suit.

This company is so harassing!!!! Got calls on my cell and at work claiming a process server is coming out with papers. My supervisors and managers left numerous messages on the days that I wasn't there!! SO ANNOYED BY IT ALL!!!

Just received a cal from 877-781-2976. Ladies name was Amber Reid with a company called Nationwide. ( she could have been more specific on wich one, there are hundreds of companies out there with the same name.) She is stateing that papers were returned to her as a no contact and that there are some kind of charges filed. I do owe some debt and have always been willing to work with debtors but intimidation will get you no with real fast with me. Has anyone ever heard of this company?

i want them to tell me what law enforcement they are from he said he a police officer!

ADR is Alternative Dispute Resolution....they are a group trying to "drum up" business with folks who have debt. Somehow, they are able to get peronal information (I think from an online database, where they 'buy" your information) and call all the phone numbers on the list and try to scare you. They claim to have papers and "serving" you with them, they call your work and others. JUST HANG UP.
This is just a scammers way of advertising their company to be the middle man between you and a debter!!

We can all thank this shifty law firms and collection agency for selling our information to these scammers!! Not only do they call your home and work, apparently they call any relatives they can track down!! They called my mother-in-law who is old...they will not stop at anything to get a few bucks!!

I just got a call from Alex Miller who said he would be at my job tomorrow to serve me with papers.  I contacted the number he gave me to find out who it was and some idiot basically got on the phone and ws upset when I cut him off.  He tells me apparantly you know what it is about that is why you are getting so upset.  This call was to my job and again my personal information was given over the phone to one of my co-workers.  I am not very happy right now.

Yes eric called me too, they got very hostile with me because I kept interrupting with the word "ok" lol, he asked for my address I'm not giving him my address. I told him id work out payment arrangements but he wouldn't do it just wants to supposedly serve papers lol I said id be willing to go to court..after claiming he is a lawyer he hung up on me lol..niceeeee! Collection agencies are BS! I was willing but they weren't. Tell ur dad not to be scared they are just jerks with a powertrip!

General greeting saying he has some charges he must serve to my father, that he must call back or it will be filed. He has repeatably told my father he is bringing out paper in the next couple days for least the past 4 months. He told me he had no information on the case yet specifically told me he would be bringing the charges out in the next couple days.

He even included a case number. Its obviously fake he has called multiable times and scared my disabled father. Which is just beyond not okay.

I have received multiple calls from this number. They call me at work and they give my personal information to temp employees who work in the office.  I have spoken to them and informed them that the number they are calling is my work number and that they should not call me at work.  I have even given them my cell phone number, but they continue to call.  Alex Miller a process server called today and told my co-worker that in order to save some embarrssment I need to call them before they come to my job and serve me papers.
