They call me I did some reasearch and found out it is WESTERN MA COLLECTIONS calling, but they will not tell me anymore! They are also very pushy an rude! Good luck!

Didn't answer because didn't recognize number. They left auto message: "This message is for Ira P________. If you're not Ira P______, please hang up." The name they gave isn't similar to my name at all!

These people are horrible! I am reporting them to the better business bureau. They are calling my 13 year olds daughters phone constantly! She has has this for almost a year. The "Manager" wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. She states her name on her vm msg, and they are still calling! Harassment!

They are looking for someone named Faulkner - NOT ME  - I have told them several times - They apparently DO NOT UNDERSTAND - NOW TO THE LAW

In order to get a collection agency to 'cease and desist' from calling either your work or home phone number you must send them a letter telling them so.  I would advise that the letter be sent by certified mail so that you have proof that they have received it.  If you choose to sue them for calling after they have received the letter and they continue to call you, it provides excellent proof that the letter was sent and received; and, they are in violation of The Fair Debt Collection Act of 1976 (FDCPA).

Been calling me for years for the same man. Apparently he had the phone number years ago. They become enraged and threatening when I tell them not here..wrong number  'You  won't go get him! Go get him, where is he? He owes a porn bill, he owes on a car, among others things. They have morphed his name, seems like people keep buying this old debt and using the old number and corrupting the information.

They call several times a day with a machine, leave messages on my machine. They do not listen to reason.

I received a voice mail earlier from Kevin Murphy, ext 112 at 877-788-2688 but my caller ID had, 413-682-0225. No sure what the heck he wants or why he called me at work but the 413# I listed doesn't seem to match any of the ones listed.

Recieving calls from a man who previously owned the phone number I have had for years

another today. they leave messages saying if you aren't Braindonofy hang up now if you continue to listen you acknowledge you are this person who owes the debt.

Mar Jones a phony name of course.

To call them back not only are they calling my cell but somehow they got family and friends numbers and they are calling them looking for me

They just left a message say give him a call "STEVE LOWE".  I have no idea.  Never identified who they were and why I should call them. ODD!

Got a call at work and he said it was steve lowe.  no idea who this peron is told me it was urgent i call him back.  at work. odd place for someone to leave that kind of message

The guy who called me from the number heavily stressed that is was very important but did not leave details as to the subject matter. IF IT WAS that important the would've summed it up like any other normal person, right? Also the guy who called me was a Mike Green. :s

Tim Stone from a collection agency....not sure what they want, I am a new home renter and they are calling 5 or 7 times a day

This guy called us December 31, at 5 am in the morning!!!!
This is outrageous. This debt collector trying to collect $50 from an unknown credit card I don't even have !!

Debt Collector, his name Tim Stone...he is trying to collect a 3 years old debt from Sears.
I don't owe anything to anyone, I never buy at Sears. He said I purchased something in 2007.
Kind of weird.

I've been down the road with various junk debt buyers before due to credit card balances I couldn't pay after I became disabled and my income dropped by 2/3.  I finally was referred to Budd Hibbs' web site. Got a call from Mr. O'Neil looking for a lady named Kim J**** or Kim K***. Said that they hoped Natalie **** (my girlfriend) knows where she is. Call back number of 877-788-2688 Ext 110. I assume that it is a debt collection for Natalie, and the Kim **** name is just a set up.

This number called my mother's home and said his name was Mr. Oneal.  No first name either!  Said to call back at 1-877-788-2688 ex. 110  So I guess it is a credit collection cmpny.  Thanks for the info

I received a letter from these gooks  insisting I owe $12, 427.75 to a bank  called Santander Bank... they're a bank  in Russia I saw.... IDK  who the heck  that is.

I've received a message from Jerry Winters as well asking to call 1-877-788-2688. I didn't bother to call him back of course. I moved into my new apartment fairly recently and I've received other more informative messages from debt collectors looking for previous residents so it wouldn't surprise me if it was a collection agency. Not my debt, not my problem though, so I'm just gonna keep on ignoring them.

mike anderson at 877=788-2688, did not use a polite voice. i have a problem with companies that block their name/phone # & don't leave courteous informative messages. why should they expect to hear back from anyone?

got a call from mark rogerson. he yelled at me calling me a liar and such for a good 5 min.  because i said the person he was looking for is not home. they are a debt collector, but im not sure who for. im ready to sue them. they violate the fdcpa laws.

I got a call today from that same number where the caller id read it as 413-599-4852 and he said to call him at 877-788-2688 and he identified himself as Mike Brown.  He also had the nerve to call my work number which is against the law and I am going to tell him once again NOT to call my job.  These people are a piece of work and they need to be stopped harassing people.  What can we do?  Anyone know?
