Hey its a collection agency called Iqor.

I had a call from an haitian lady, wanted to speak to my daughter but I never gave her my daughter's phone number. I guess it's a collection agency. Anyway, I called back and somebody answered :"Icore" or something like that. I went on Google and there is no collection agency bearing that name.

I got many calls from a "blocked" number. they left a few messages asking for someone who wasn't me and asked to be called back at this number. The guy that left the message was very blunt but I wouldn't say he was rude. I finally called back and informed them that they had the wrong number. The guy I talked to was actually really polite and said he would remove my number from the file. So I guess we will wait and see if he actually did that.

This company is only trying to get your ID so they can get your money !!!

They are not good at all...

If you call them, they will never stop calling you anymore.

this company is calling me at all kind of hour even at 9 o'clock at night and onn the week-end this is harassement

Every time I see a phone number starting with 877, I never answer. All your comments confirm that I made a good decision. I register the phone number in my cell phone and in the space for the name, I write «don't answer» so everytime they call me, I see this message and I don't answer their calls.

They call to offer to reduce credit card interest rates too, what a scam, targeting the houses of seniors too. (Been getting the calls for my Grandparents, my BS detector went off at the first automated message I got.)

Sounds like a real class act of a company. For someone trying to coerce sales/upsells they sure are rude little buggers. They use automated messages demanding (really, demand is the best word to describe it) you call into their 877 line and if you don't, they'll call back a day or two later trying to bully you into giving your personal information to sign you up. Reading other people's comments, I'm sure it's the same people making collection calls. Very snooty and condescending attitude. They've been calling steadily every week.

got a call... sorry no caller ID but they did finally identify themselves as ICOR (or IQOR).  She confirmed my name... then asked if they had the right date of birth which i refused to answer.  Then she asked if they had my correct address.. i also refused to answer as I had no clue who she was!  She then said "deal with the consequences".  Wow!  who are these people?  I suspect a Videotron 3rd arm as they are the only ones i am in dispute with (recently changed carriers).  I have excellent.. and i do mean EXCELLENT reputation with all companies i deal with but Videotron takes customer gouging to a whole new level and I suspect this is their collection agency.  Anyway... I'm ready for a fight!

i received a msg to call this number, no reason why, just a phone number and a file number. tried calling back and the msg stated that they were closed but dosen't mention who i'm calling. I 've called many times since then and always get the same msg.

Just got a called from this company for an invoice that is over 7 years old.  Very Rude, unfornately for the a**hole that answer the phone I do collection for a living, I choice to be as rude as him, it was actually fun.  If you want them to stop calling, keep them on the phone, it's fun talk about anything, if your representative misses a day calling you call them.  Keep it very friendly and upbeat, so when their manager listens to the call they will get fired.  If not at least you are cutting into their commission, because you've kept them on the phone and they can't harrass other people.

Got a call from Igor Canada...  They are rude...  Some sort of collaction agancy for the City for an un paid parking ticket at the hospital...  I was willing to pay but the guy was so rude and did not even attemp to see if we could make an arrangement...  He said 'refus to pay!!! File closed?!?!''  What ever that means...

I received a call from this number and when I called them back I was met a representative from CBCL . They were uncaring and inflexible people. When I inquired and obtained the file number they have on me they asked what I was going to do. I told them I was going to consider my options and either deal with it through other means or call them back. I was then pressured and told my file requires immediate resolution because this would ruin my credit score. I was TOLD to pay now or face consequences.
I told the rep that my finances are my business and hung up.

My staff at the office has been harassed by this company and they do not name themselves, accept complaints nor accept to remove the number from their list and do mention that they are treating private accounts...They are very impolite and very treathning, they refused to say what they are calling about and are trying to collect an account that does not belong to our company, but are also asking confidentiel info on the principals of the company....WATCH OUT!!!!

Got a call from Iqor asking for my minor son.  Asked why she would want to talk to him because he is a monor.  She would not give me info stating it was private but had all details about my son.  They should stop calling unless they are collecting dirty diapers.

One thing I can say for sure: being polite is not part of their vocabulary. Mrs Roy was extremely impolite and pretty rough.

CBCL are also used by Videotron. I am fighting their bills for terminating a contract that they broke themselves in the first place.

This company is called CBCL and it's the collection agency that is mandated for Bell Canada for the unpaid bills.  I got a couple of phone calls from them because I don't want to pay a cellphone bill which i'm fighting since almost a year...  Anyways, they even tried to call at my parent's place to get some information.  They do not have the right to do that.  You can even ask to receive any communication from them by mail only.  Hope this information will be usefull for someone!
