i got this call today and they say they have an order on there desk for me and this is my notice and his name is Phillip Johnson and call his firm so they ca help me resolve this matter.this is really getting on my nerves calling with false information and they even have my name.

I got that weird call so i called and i really did owe money for an old loan, i need that off of my credit. they didn't serve me any papers though...

A Michael Fowler says I have a pending case and he wants to serve me at my home and place of employment. I have gotten these sort of calls and they are ALLLLLLL scams. Do not believe them! If someone is going to serve you, they show up and they don't expect you to tell them where you are!!!!

Called the number Lincoln Capital Advisors. They are a debt collector. threaten to come to my home and work place. I don't owe anything in the sort of a Loan they are talking about. I blocked the number.
