Norman33442, did you read the post here about filling out the simple online FCC telemarketing Complaint form? No need to send letters or emails to your reps in Washington. If people aren't going to bother filing the proper complaint form directly with the FCC, they shouldn't bother conatcting their rep. Everybody comes here to whine but how many take the next step and fill out the FCC complaint form?
If you are called by this company, please fill out the simple online complaint at the FCC website here.
https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do?form_page=1088B
Unlike the wortheless DoNotCall website which relies on your lazy State Attornety General do something (which they won't), the FCC does take enforcement action. The FCC acts quickly and you will even get an acknowledgement letter in the postal mail in about a week or two.
When filling out the form, make sure you say that they are trying to sell you something so the FCC doesn't reject your complaint. It is illegal to call, regardless of what is said, if it is a prelude to sell you something, which this is. They are selling travel packages.
If you want, keep a log of the calls so when they call in the future you can show this on the online complaint form. I just email myself the quick details with the date, time, and number of the telemarketer and keep it in a Do Not Call folder in my Yahoo mail box.

It's time that the F.C.C. stepped in to stop this.......As well as other
telephone scams. Isn't that what some of our tax dollars pay for?
Let's all send a letter/e-mail to our rep. in Washington!

On March 6, 2009 my answer machine recorded a message from Peter Fox from 877-844-4386 Ext. 20. It stated "That I was a finalist to win a 2009 Lincoln Navigator" please call back to recieve award. I just called (03/07/2009) at the above mentioned number & extension, James Core answered and reference that Peter Fox had called me.
Scam- James said my wife & I needed to be at a local business by 4:00 PM today to win one of the following scatch off awards:
1)Linclon Navigator, 2) $45,000 in cash, 3) 3 day all exclusive to a Mexican resort,4)$2500 in cash. Even if I did not scatch off one of the above awards, I would get a 32" Flat screen TV.
All I had to do was to show up at 4:00 with 2 IDS:license, credit card or passport)neither of these would be copied. My wife and I would listen two a 90 minute presentation from the global group - a new start up travel company. Although I told James we would be there, after reading some feed back from this site. WE AREN'T GOING

I was called by a local business for over two years and my DoNotCall website complaints did nothing. I even sent a postal letter to my State Attorney General asking why they weren't enforcing it. Their office replied telling me to file a complaint at DoNotCall.gov. Gee, that's what I did for over two years and it did nothing.
When I filled out the FCC online complaint form, the calls stopped and have for more than two years. The company was warned first by the FCC but they kept calling so I kept complaining to the FCC. I get the same calls. These call cost them almoust nothing but the persons time. If you want nothing and hang up they win. The key is to keep them on the phone as long as possible, then the cost goes up. Every few seconds is another call they could have made. If I have nothing to do I keep them on the phone as long as I can. I agree to everything and get details of everything until it's time to pay. Then I put them on hold to go get the payment. After a few of these unproductive 5-10 minute calls it will either become too unproductive to continue or they will get pissed with the people playing their own game and quit the job. If we all do it they will loose big money. Please repost this as much as you can so we can make an impact.

Today I got the same call on my machine for a Navigator or Ford Explorer. Pete Fox ext. 20 for some unspecified sweepstakes. The guy sounded like he was from India. I suspect these calls are being routed overseas. And like some said, if you call you end up on a suckers list.
Apparently despite others here trying to stop these clowns they are still at it.
First thing I do when I get one of these calls is Google it and 10 times out of 10 its a scam or some collection agency who is trying all people in a specific area named John Smith (or whatever) to see if they can find on guy with that name who will pay even what he doesnt owe. Beware of these people too.
