I've received multiple calls from them as well. I've ALREADY given them my attorney's information. In fact, I was pro-active and called them BEFORE they ever had to call me to explain my situation and to pass along my attorney's contact information. But, that hasn't stopped them from calling me repeatedly.

Left a voicemail. Was an automated message from ChaseHealthAdvance. It said that there was important information regarding my ChaseHealthAdvance account and to call that number.
