It is Beyond the Rack.  They were following up on my order, but I couldn't understand half of what they said, she didn't even say my name right, and it's a really common name. She said she'd be sending an  email to confirm and track the order, so why call me?.

It is from Beyond The Rack. A clothing store. If you order from them, DON'T give them your REAL phone number.

Got a call from the same number. They said they were calling from Beyond the Rack and also would like to thank me for the order I placed. To see if it was legit I asked what order I had placed and they couldn't answer that. So I said I was not going to answer anymore questions and he said they would email me as they understand... Still waiting for that email. Not to sure if it's legit.

I had gotten a call from this number too and I didn't answer. Though like the other posts mentioned, I also just ordered from Beyond the Rack so it would make sense that this would have been them.

I also got a call from these guys after making an order at beyond the rack. I didnt answer as i was at work, but it would make sence.

Would you consider Bell a reputable company? Every month they begin calling twice a day at odd hours and oftentimes hang up as soon as I answer, which will continue until I speak to them and tell them to stop. I agree that a reputable company should not harass its customers, and should leave a message with a contact number; however, I think this is a belief in how companies should run and not actually the way in which they do.

They called me July 5th as well. No message. Dang. I'm on the do not call list.

This was a courtesy call from Beyond the Rack, thanking for order and that the item would be shipped in 3-4 weeks. I didn't answer, but they left a message. I did place an order with BTR, so a valid call.

I'm not sure what this number is...most of you seem to think that it's from 'Beyond the Rack', however, I work security for a company, and I don't make any orders by phone or internet. This is a security line, whoever is calling is phishing, plain and simple.
No reputable company would be constantly calling day and night, as one woman said. If an order was placed, a phone message would have been left with a contact number. I'm not sure how 'Beyond the Rack' conducts their business, but all of my business dealings are NOT in the form of constant phone calls without any information given.

From Beyond the Rack to make sure that I was pleased with my recent purchase.  The voicemail was a minute of dead space before the auto recorded greeting actually kicked in so it was a little suspicious at first!

I got a a call to my cell phone, also didn't leave a message, so I called back. His name was Alex from beyond the rack They were just calling to confirm and thank me for the order I placed last night!

it is beyond the rack calling to let me know that they thank me for ordering from them and if i needed anything to not hesitate to call the customer service number.

Yup - this number is from Beyond the Rack.  I've been shopping with them for years and just lately they started blowing up my phone.  I even received a call after receiving items to be told that my items would be shipped in 3-4 weeks.... it's getting ridiculous.  I just got another call (despite not placing any orders) and told them their number is being reported.  I realize it's their job....one call when I was a new customer is fine.  But lately it's just irritating.

The number does belong to Beyond the Rack and they do this to thank-you for an order and explain the shipping process,they call first time customers or customers that haven't ordered for a long time......they were professional and legit.

just received a call from this number888-258-0708,said they were from Beyond the Rack.I did not pick-up as this number is different from Beyond the Rack's number posted on their website....877-733-4660,I phoned this number and got a message stating they are closed and what their business hours are.Seems funny to me.

Saw this post on another website - So JUST rented a house from this Tej Danjou and he offered to pay for 4 hours of cleaning so I pay out of my pocket and so far 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting for my $300 bucks. **sigh** I wish I would have found this site before I rented the house :( . This is not the only thing going on either - I could go on... The manager at Sutton says he cannot do anything as Tej only rents an office there. I received a call from this number today and hubby answered it. he asked who was calling they would not give him that info. they said I had won something and received items in the mail on feb 2(which I didn't receive anything) so hubby asked them what was sent to me. they told him that they could not tell him what was sent he told them he needed to know since I receive so many samples,freebies and do test things for survey sites.since I did NOT order anything from beyond the rack this number was obviously not from them so maybe it was spoofed. But they would NOT give my hubby any info he asked for so he told them he could not help them out either.

Just got a call from this number and decided to call it back, it was Beyond the Rack. It's just a courtesy phone call to let you know about the shipping process (how long it takes to get your item, they let you know you should get an email soon with a tracking number). I didn't have any problems with elevator music when I called back..my call was actually answered right away and the person on the other end was incredibly helpful.

Beyond the Rack calls if you order something or for customer feedback. I once got a few calls from them before I knew who it was and it was to make sure I was having a postive shopping experience. I know it's HIGHLY UNLIKELY someone could OVER EXAGGERATE but it's possible that Maggie is. I have bought tons of stuff with Beyond the Rack and they are a very reputable company.

It is from Beyond the Rack as previous posteres stated. I just placed an order with them this morning and they contacted me. They say it's a one-time courtesy call (whatever that means). You can call the number back and ask to be put on their do-not-call list. I called and they picked up on the first ring.

What kinda store would call someone constantly all day and night? The caller id should say, Beyond Insanity instead of Beyond the Rack.

This is Beyond the Rack. They called me because I ordered something a few days ago. I provided them with my number during the ordering process.  Not a telemarketer or a scam at all.
