i am so sick of these calls idont answer calls till ring stops then check to see who is calling  most of the time it is one of many numbers of these places  once or twice ive answered was asked for people never heard of once it was an oriental

it have me sick ,,one time some one speek a lady ,,the person the ask ,,,i said to then it dnt have the number no more,, they kip call,,,,somebody have to do some about this... keep on calling and hang up...

Yeah they are from a payday loan company.  Funny how all they can do is call.  If you asked for proof of the alleged debt, they will never send it.

They call me, they have called and left voicemails stating that a case has been downloaded against me and if I don't return their call, they are very sorry for me.  This message has been left with my Mother, My former employer, my cell-phone, my ex-boyfriend of 25 years ago..(No clue how they got HIS info), his sister, Several friends...It's harassment plain and simple.  I've sent certified letters to cease and desist, I've told them not to call and I've faxed them a cease and desist...

I get a call from them everyday as well. They hang up and do not leave messages. VERY annoying.

Every day I receive a phone call 888-322-1885 at my work. They call when you answer they hang up.

Don't bother with the BBB.  They are no help at all.  They just take these scammers word for everything.  I DO NOT have any such account with these people.  It's a payday loan company and thank goodness I have never been that desperate ever.  I filed a complaint with them (BBB) and they said that this place said i had an account with them - end of story.  I appealed the complaint and even sent copied messages that folks had sent to RIPOFF.COM.  Still no help.  I filed a complaint with the FTC and they are all over them.  My best quess is they will be shut down in a matter of days since they have several 100 complaints about this place.

... Yes, Star Cash Processing calls, ask for a person by name - if that person is not in, they have stated that there was no messaage and that he/she was just calling to see if the named person wanted to go to lunch. :(

This company first came to BBB's attention on August 7, 2009. BBB contacting the business via the business toll free number on 8-7-2009. BBB asked for basic information concerning the company's physical address. BBB staff was then told by a Star Cash Processing employee that they are not allowed to give information or speak to BBB. The Star Cash employee did provide BBB with an e-mail address for any further correspondence.

I FEEL YOUR PAIN UGH!!!  The name of the company is Star Cash Processing.  They are a debt collection agency.  They call me every day, every morning between 8a-9a(CST) asking for someone who i have never heard of in my entire life...go ahead and ask them to remove your number, it doesnt help as i have found out, so i have just taken up making sure to call them EVERY day, NUMEROUS times a day asking them for names that i can think of that dont make sense...

yup started calling today no message left followed by another call 2 sec later this one from an unknown number.

Calls every 5 minutes, every morning three times and then not again until the next day. Never leaves a message and can't use the redial. Just started a few days ago, but it is annoying.
