A "Victoria Green" who claims to be a process server for Shelby Co. TN Court called my home number looking for a relative who lives out of state. I asked her if she was a deputy or just a process server. She said she was a p.s. She also used extension 574.
I felt that this was strange, I have never recieved a call like this before. I thought it might be a bill collector using tricks to get information out of me.

I received a call from a Jordan Taylor stating she is with processing and summons and needed my address to serve me papers from Progressive Arbitration at 888-369-2128 said it was regarding check fraud. I've googled the number and found out this is a payday loan scam trying obtain your personal information and somehow they contacted me at work. I need to know how to stop these scammers!!
