not sure who they are harrassing me

i have been reciving calls from this number from a person by the name of Mr Clark and Keith Wilson stating that i have to call them by friday with my payment information or they are going to file papers againt mi for fraud for a payday loan and i live in north carolina and payday loans are illegal in my state. they stated that i had a case number, they call my home, they call my job, and they also call my cell phone. if anyone knows who they are or why they call lets please work together to stop theses phone calls.

I received a voice mail message at work from CRS stating that there were two complaints for returned checks and that I needed to call 1/800-480-4406 about a case #_______ and I had to call today or the attorney will send a process server over to my office tomorrow with a Summons.

I phoned and told them that I don't write checks so there are no outstanding checks from me to anyone.  They said it was a payday loan and that each time they tried to debit my account and it didn't work it was considered a "check".  But I don't any unpaid payday loans.  Haven't had a payday loan in ages because they scare me and are expensive.

Anyway, I called back again and asked for the full name of their company and their address and I was put on hold a long time.  Then a "legal representative" got on the phone and wanted to know how she could help me.  I said I just want to get the name and address of the company.  The name of the company is CRS and it doesn't stand for anything but CRS according to her.  The address is not given out because they repossess property and foreclose on homes and they won't give their address out.
I don't think that sounds legitimate.  The girls name that phoned is Denise Beckman and another name I was given is Diane Sierra.  Wonder if these names are made up?

I have filed a written complaint with the Attorney General with the State of Illinois.

I want to know who is calling me from this number
