This just popped up on my account too...called my bank and contested the charges. BLUF - cancel your card with your bank & get those charges reversed. I'd like to know how they got my info in the first place - very disconcerting.

I, too, had a charge - $13.95 - on my credit card.   My experience was exactly like Heather's on 5 June.  The message said wait 3-5 days for charge to be removed.  I'll be checking my statement daily for quite some time.

Same as above notes; There was a charge for "hosting service", $12.95. The ph# 888-596-0344 was attached. When I called, the recording asked for my last few digits, and then said the transaction was refunded. They never said a company name or what the transaction was for in the first place. I opted for customer service and they put me on hold for a few minutes then asked me to leave a voice mail or continue to hold. I opted to hold, but they kept asking me, then hung up on me. I still don't know who they are or what the charge was for. I agree with RAnd: I think it's a scam. They refund if you question it, but if you don't acknowledge it, they just keep charging your card.

charge on my credit card for $12.95, says "hosting service."  Called and was prompted to enter last 6 digits of cc.  based on previous posts, I did so, and the recording says my money has been refunded.  Very concerning and I will be cancelling my credit card.

Exact same thing happened with me, except I did not enter any account digits, just called and listened. The recording is very cheesey and not professional. The next day the money came back to my account? very confuing and alarming.

When I called I had dead air for 90 seconds, I had it on speaker phone and got distracted or else I would have hung up.  A woman's recorded voice leads you through prompts with the final asking for the last 5 digits of your credit card.  Once I entered that the she says the charge will be reversed with no other explanation.  I cancelled that card.  My guess is they hit people's (not where where they got the info) cc account and if there is no questioning they keep the funds.  If the charge is questioned the charge is reversed.  I had my bank look into it.

I too had the same problem.  I close my check card and am getting a new one.  I have no idea who these people are.

I had a charge on my account as well...I am attempting to call the number but there is nothing but dead air when I call.

I also received the same thing on my statement.  When I called the number there was no message at all.

This phone number was attached to a transaction on my bank statement, for "hosting service"?  First I have no idea what a hosting service is.  When I called the number listed above, receive a recording.
The recording does not include a company name.
