About a year ago I received a call from jay thompson/adam smith from #888-676-5444  said I had to set up automatic withdrawls from my bank account of $100.00 a month for a credit card that I knew;  owee money to so I gave him my bank info. If I did't he said I would have to go to court and I would owe $7000.00instead of $2000.00

 Now about a year later I called to see what my balance on that $2000.00 I have bean making  payments on...Well  The number says outbof servie?... please if  you can and help me undrstand what is going on.....?...Thank you joanriedel@yahoo.com

I just received this private call as well asking for my Dad he called me with the name Jeff Wilson officer form court and he gave me a case #,saying that my Dad was getting sued. The scary part is that he told me some information about my parents address which was correct. He said that my dad needed to call 8886765444 and ask for and Adam smith "legal adm. office" as soon as I started asking him questions like give me your information and your office number, as well as the address you are calling from and why call me and not my dad or send him a letter, he quickly hung up.
I just called the police to check for any case number and said it doesn't exist. I will file a report.

Yeah just got a call from these a**holes. First from a 714 338 4750 number informing of my bro's case and to call plaintiff ADAM SMITH at 888 676 5444. I found this page, along with other sources, and figured quickly  this was bull sh*t. Then momentarily after I get a call from adam's number. DON'T BE FOOLED PEEPS, LOOK IT UP YOURSELVES, ITS ILLEGAL what they're doing and claiming.

I got a call from this number and called it.  I spoke to a Adam Smith, it was regarding a Bill I did not pay.  I refused to pay and now I have a WAGE Garnishment.  This firm represented a bank I failed to pay.  I will say this Mr Smith was very professional.   I suggest you address your issue's. I should have :(  I work for the US Postal Service.  God bless you all

I got a call from that same number left a message saying he was trying to summon me to a court date i do not know what this is about, but i do know he cannot serve me over the phone.

I got the same call but instead he told me i was being supenion to court, I have no idea who this is and the number is being block it come in as restricted but he would leave a number to call i will not call it I don't know what it is about.

To miss a court date, you would have to be served with papers. If you in fact missed a schedule court date, they wouldn't call and tell you. They would have a judgement againts you and proceed to attach your pay, etc. Threatening you with arrest is illegal. Take a picute of the phone number if you can when ever they call to document the call.

I keep getting calls from this number. Some man saying that I missed a court date. I have NO idea what he is talking about! He told me that I would have a bench warrant served on me. Has anyone else got a call form this number? This is crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
