called back to this number and got automated attendant
added phone # on the do not call list, says it takes 21 days to be in effect.

They called me regarding the XM radio subscription I have that was coming up for renewal. Just like any call centre, when you pick up they will take some time to connect you to an agent - these are auto-dial centres.

This number called my house 3 times this week. I waited as long as 15 seconds after pickup and I was still not connected to the caller.
