I bought a new cell phone and number for work as I work as a property manager and don't want to give out my personal number. within 4 days of getting the number I start getting calls  for some Wendy  from a collection agent. They call 3-4 times per day and leave one message. I have returned the calls  left message and spoke to people telling them  to remove the number  they always say ya it will be and hang out. The last time I recorded the call the guy was a total a**hole said  there is nothing I can do to stop them they will keep calling, he does not care  if I am recording the call. I told  him its harassment and needs to stop and  I told him I called the local police (which I did)  and he said good they will laugh in your face he called me stupid and said its not harassment its simply a wrong number and I'd have to prove it. They call from different numbers 1-888-79-9898 ext 5089 , 1-888-270-0223, 1-705-872-4372, 416-675-2361, 866-482-7474 I call the local police who said they could take a report but that's about it they gave me  a number to call  then gave me  a ministry of consumer affairs number to contact them. They need a lot of info  to help but they said they can. I am also calling bell for all the trouble this is causing me. I owe no body nothing and I have no idea who wendy is and I even told them we could 3 way call bell and they could tell them who the phone is registered  to but they will have no part In that
