URS is one of the largest collection agencies and it's uncertain how many numbers they use for collecting. We are tracking and recording all the numbers from a bogus line. We have 34 numbers but believe the final count could be over a hundred. We are creating an anti-collecting app (iPhone & Android) that identifies and blocks all the numbers once we feel we have 90% of them and we will update the app periodically. I love this site... keep up the good work...

For all of you getting calls from numbers starting with 888-763; 888-733; or any others from United Recovery Systems (they tolm me they have over 60 #s), it is indeed a collection agency. If like me, they are calling a number that recently belonged to someone else, you can call them at 713-977-1234 to have the number removed from their calling list.

These people are MORONS. I laugh ay collection agencies when they call looking for someone else. I encourage everyone to know that the only thing these jack***es can do is ask if you will pay the bill you owe if you tell them no they can not do anything else. DO NOT fall for their little phone conversation about how legal actions will be taken because they can not take any further actions. Just tell them to jump in a lake. Trust me I heard it all and all I tell them is to j*** off. Have a good day.

THEY KEEP CALLING AND USING MY MINUTES ON MY CELL PHONE. I REQUESTED THAT THEY STOP CALLING THEN THEY PROCEEDED TO ASK FOR MY LAST NAME SO I TOLD THEM NOT TO CALL BACK AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE CALLING BACK. WHERE CAN I SEND MY CELL PHONE BILL TO HAVE THEM PAY FOR THE MINUTES THEY USED?????

Caller said they wanted to speak to the person at (gave my address) I asked to whom they wanted to speak...they did not know the person, they just wanted to know if we had the phone number for the neighbor that lived next door...(they called his name) I told the caller not to call here again that I did not have that persons number. Then told them never to call my number again

This an arrogant collection agency that tries to play stupid. I had an account with Time Warner for $134.00 that i paid to Time Warner. I sent this company a cease and desist letter "certified" and they continue to call me every night at the same time. When I told the stuck on stupid individual that "you" meaning United Recovery Systems are in violation of the FCRA he said I didn't call you. I now maintain a log that I eventually will be used to prove this violation.

This number keeps showing up on my cell phone, and I don't answer toll free #'s that call my cell. I attempted to answer twice and both times the call was ended as soon as I answered. No messages have been left, but they call 3-4 times a day, and I'm having no luck finding this number online anywhere
