'responsible citizen who pays my bills'  -sounds like you are one of the scammers!! you expect us to fall for this you idiot!! take your scam and go back under  the rock you crawled out from!! leave us the heck alone cuz we are not falling for it!!

Michelle, I just received the same call from them, but a voicemail was left saying they were going to file charges against me for writing bad checks.  I have no clue who these people are!

of course these are unwanted calls... these poeple posting these blogs took out loans they don't want to pay back.... you cant fault the companies for trying to colllect a bad debt...

On 1/26/12 I received a call from phone number 877-251-7706 claiming there are a law office working for a company named VIP Everest Cash Advanced about a pay day loan that I never did, they also called my place of employment.  When I talked to them on that day they stated that they were sending someone to my place of work to pick me up on writing bad checks and that if I didn't pay the about that was owed to them that I would be arrested.  I told them to send me some thing in writing to proof that I owed this money and they refused to send me anything so I called my lawyer.  They advice me not to send any money to them or give them any information over the phone.  Then on 2/7/12 I received yet another call from them but using phone number 888-805-6329 stating the same thing, but this time the said that they have a recording of me telling them that i would pay, not true I never told them I would pay,I told them that I was going to talk to me lawyer.  They are a SCAM trying to get money.  When I told them that I would put a hassement charge on them if they called my please of employment or a family memeber again they hung the phone up on me.  DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION OR AGREE TO PAY ANYTHING UNLESS YOU GET IT IN WRITING!!!!

I received a message from a unknown number telling me that I a payday loan from 2008 from BMG. I have never heard of that company before. They had all my personal info and informed me that I owe $500.00 and if I didn't make payment arrangements or paid in full I will be taken to court. I'm not sure if this place is a fraud or not. I neep help!!!

They called me and my family? left personal information with both regarding a loan that  have no idea about..
