I answered and the man stated something about car insurance. I have NOT put in a request in over 8 months. The number is on the Gov's Do Not Call List. Let alone I never use the landline. Told the man to put the number on his Do NOT Call List and hung up !!!

filled out a "Walmart" gift card.  ended up getting massive calls . I  don't answer if unidentified, but they keep calling.  I keep not answering.  something new is they are calling using persons first name so you would think it is a personal call.

never did get my gift card.  noticed there was another "free gift card" for one of the fast food places.  isn't there any way we can stop these calls???!!!!

This is a "scam" fishing for personal information. When you "confirm insurance information", you are providing details for them to steal money or open accounts in your name.

BankRate Insurance falsely claiming I made an online application - call was generated by heavily accented Indian callers from "Auto Care" who claim to be located in TX.

another call saying i requested a car insurance quote on line.no i did not-funny thing is-- i have state farm insurance. last time they asked for non existent person in household....i cussed that one out after getting in argument that yes indeed i had to have filled out questionnaire for insurance quote.....looks like time to break out whistle and blow it into phone...i even contacted my local  state farm agent explaining this problem. obviously i need go higher up. 4 times this day on my answering machine, last time a voice kept saying hello before hanging up....

I keep getting calls from this number, a woman asks for Jessie. I have told her twice that there is no Jessie at this number, it is a private cell phone number, and to STOP CALLING.  She apologizes, and waits 24 hrs and calls back.  Doesn't leave a message if it goes to voice mail.
I have now saved the number as a contact: "do not answer, asking for Jessie"
I guess I could answer and ask HER for Jessie next time.

Every night I have been getting the same call from 888-992-0342 and when I answer there is noone there.  

If this is indeed another car insurance company calling me to give me a quote, give up!  I'm not interested in switching to another company.  I have received at least a dozen calls from auto insurance companies in the last week, and my patience is wearing thin.... This has taught me to never fill out an online auto insurance quote form again!  

This number has called my cell twice today. Didn't know who it was so I decided to look up the number on this site. Great another insurance company calling me. I have been receiving so many calls from insurance companies within the last week that I had to turn off the ringer. They are calling every 3-4 minutes, too many numbers to list. They are claiming that I filled out something online about a car insurance quote. No, never filled out anything online about car insurance. This b#$t@&*s will not stop calling me.

this number keeps calling. At first I answered it by saying hello and receiving nothing but silence so I hung up.
Now I don't even pick up the receiver. I looked up the number online and read of  similar complaints, some connected with auto insurance companies.

This is a scam not a scam.. I signed up to this sketchy ad and saved myself $30 on car insurance . And this is no geeko info wheel of jeopardy bs. This is the the most fascinating piece of work someone could come up with only from insanity of all the phone calls that keep calling with the number 888 992 0342 and it's ends up being a good laugh even though you don't want to answer if you enjoy yourself and mess with them so many ideas have fun

if you cant leave a message than dont call this number.  If youre trying to sell something, I dont want to buy it, will never by it... quit calling or I will report this

Called 3 times in the past 24 hours. Just annoying.  The thing is, I wouldn't do business with any company who does business this way.
