People, please be street smart with this caller because it's a scam.  Do not give out any information no matter what.  Save your voice messages.  This person will use any means to get information from you.  The only way to stop this person is to report the number to 1) your local news casters 2)  Post it on FB  3)  Notify the Attorney Generals Office.  Do not be alarmed at whatever he will tell you.  For example:  Warrents,  Returned checks from your bank (that's what he's been telling me), etc.

Actually, if all of us told him we would file a class action suit against him, possibly he would stop but probably would get a different cell number :)

this number calls me often but i'm usually asleep because I work nights they leave an automated message but i can't really understand it I tried to call them back but the message says this phone is not set up to take phone calls? how weird. how do you report a phone number?

Threaten to lock me up, said I had a warrent for my arrest because they said I committed a fradulent felony. They had all of my information, including my SS#. I told them to do what they need to do because I know nothing about this complaint. They got mad and hung up the phone.

same kind of call just started.. I have no return issues on my bank.. this is FRAUD.. I just ignore it. If it keeps up I'll contact the attorney General of Wisconsin and report this number.. THEY WANT YOUR INFORMATION AND WILL ROB YOU BLIND... DO NOT GIVE THEM THE TIME OF DAY..

it is harrassment and a violation of the fdcpa you should honestly get in contact with the fdcpa regarding this and file a complaint you may think its not that big of a deal but if mor people like us file a complaint we can get these wreckless collection agencys out of business

ii just received a phone call from this number and they said the same thing i had a legal matter for returned item but i dint even have a bank account nor have i had one in 4 years so i call back because they happened to call my landline and they verified the wrong social and birthdate so i got extremely upset accused them of fraud and hung up then some guy calls me back and sd maam you need to pay your bills and you wouldnt have this problem and hung up wth is going on

Be aware of someone calling from these two companies,Legal Services and Legal Processing Services.Phone numbers 1-855-848-1090 and 1-901-300-2846.I did a phone search and found out that the first phone number is a land line belonging to a gentleman in Tennessee.

This number keeps calling me asking me for a certain person, who i have NO IDEA who it is, they need to stop calling me and even after i specifically asked/told them to stop calling they have the wrong number. They need to stop calling my phone. that is harrassment, and the people are very very rude.

Received a call from this number today but just got a chance to listen to the voicemail. They are looking for a "certain person" as I will not post their name. It says pretty much the same thing as this person has had an item returned from their bank and they need to call right away so they can go ahead with the process. SO ANNOYING that I just got this phone number 4 weeks ago and I have to hear messages or receive phone calls like this!  It does say to call a certain number 1 855 848 1090.  I had a call similar to this 2 weeks ago but was a different number and actually spoke to a real person so they are certainly trying to scam some people as to getting their info from saying they have a warrant. Funny thing is, people actually give the info out instead of researching the public court records to see if they actually have one. Do not give your info out!!!!

these people claim to have a federal warrant out for my arrest. their tactics are abusive and violate every collection law on the books.  they are HORRIBLE. this is for a "payday" loan from 2 years ago.

Whoever this # belongs to keeps calling my cell phone.  I have told them several times that I am NOT the person they are looking for, and that I do not know where the person is.  I have asked and told them NOT to call me any more, yet the calls continue.  Today, the person that answered (that sounds exactly like the voice on the message that was left) was rude and told me not to call them.  I see this as harrassment, and it needs to stop!

This number consistently calls me to harass and yell about a person who had my phone number and unfortunately my name.  Then he says there is a warrant.  Good luck for collecting...I have no money and filed bankruptcy

i had the same company call me today and said i had a warrant for a felony for paying back a payday loan. that is five years old.

Why would a lawyer call me?

This number called and left a message that said I had a return item in my bank account.  He left a number to call back on 1-855-848-1090 with a file number that will identify my "case number".  not buying it.

This number calls for a person I am no longer friends with. They continue to call after several request to remove my number.
