This number has called every five days for a few weeks.  Hangs up when voicemail answers.  It is a Texas call.  When you try to call back, you get the same sounds that you hear for a disconnected number and a recording says this number has been disconnected.

Receive calls from this number starting at 7:30 in the morning and continue thru-out the day. Foreign accent very hard to understand. Something about Medicare. Have asked repeatedly to be removede from list and stilll getting calls.  Will not give any information to me on who is calling.
