They keep calling n harassing.. and telling u wat ur going too do. Even if u can't financaly they just don't understand people situations. Wat rude people thet are

They called me and said I was an emergency contact for a friend of mine and they needed to get hold of her. Other than that they wouldn't tell me anything else. I called my friend they didn't know anything about it and she said she hadn't given my number to anyone. I think they are a debt collector.

Not sure who this is, or what they want, but they left a message and advised they could advise me of my rights. However, it states they are a debt collector?
