Receiving these calls frequently and have never even applied for a Capitol One credit card. Very irritating.

Are there not rules and regulations regarding when and where and what time of day these people can call you? Or are they or think they are so above "everyone else" that they couldn't care less about other peoples lives?

This number calls all the time...nothing but silence! And I do not have a Capital One card, never have and never will. Also 1-888-575-9138 calls as well, which is also Capital One!?

This is "Allied International Credit" which works on behalf of Capital One on accounts greater than 2 months past due but no more than 4 months past due. If you go beyond 4 months past due then your account is sold to a real collections agency.
These people are basically a 'pre-collections' company that aggressively tries to keep accounts with capital one but they basically act like a collections agency.

I doubt it is the "real" Capitol one. I keep adding them to my call block list, but they keep changing numbers, and re-calling. To the dum-a** that earlier suggest we pay out bills on time so they would stop calling, still does not get it...I do not now, not have ever, had dealings with Capitol One or any of their affiliates. We are debt and mortgage free, and have a 4 out of 5 credit rating. We...have...no....debts. SO they are calling because? ....clearly someone hacked Capitol One, and is bent on ruining them... and it is working, because I will never deal with a company that cannot keep it's customers secure.

this # is in fact a collections agency for Capitol One. I received a call from this # this morning but she left her name, Donna. Just no explanation for the call. So I called back and complained and threatened them with harassment charges if it continues.
