Got the same call yesterday sept 21, 2012. Odd language. I tthink its portuguese. Not sure.

Got a call from some joker at this number calling from a parallel universe. Whatever the message it was lost on me.

got a call from this number and some guy just started talking without taking a breath in a very odd language then hung up after about 20 seconds.

Number called me but when i picked up, there was a busy tone. I called back and it was speaking a local language (twi) asking u to key in any bunber from 1-9 to listen to the radio.
