916 684 2509 called my home last night at 9 pm it was static I called back and it was a fax machine my suggestion is to fax a letter and let them know whats happening sometimes fax machines are set to dial at random for soliciting purposes good luck

Phone number continues to call at all hours of the day.  Does not leave a message or respond when the phone is answered.

This number keeps calling and never leaves a message when i call back It sounds like a fax machine
