A person by the name of Deputy Randy Smith called stating I took out a Cash Advance payloan, which I never did and said if I do not pay 795.00, then my credit would be ruin, I was going to jail and that they would call my job to get me fired. I told them I was not paying anything, I needed more information and will do my own investigation. At that point the caller called me a mother F^&*cking B%&ch.  My biggest concern was the caller had my address, driver lic #, and ss#.

I received a call from this number today. Some guy whose last name is Marshall called up looking my fiance. This guy threatened to arrest him because apparently he took out some loan.  When I mentioned to him how my fiance has never taken out any type of loan before and I asked him who it was this loan from - this man couldn't give me a straight answer whatsoever.  He even asked me for my fiance's number and everything.  And then he continued to threaten me with if my fiance doesn't call back in 5-10 min., he was going to send federal law enforcement after him. When I told him I will inform my fiance about this that he'll call him back . And as I was hanging up, I told them if I find out this is any type of scam or anything, I will report him to the police - the guy quickly said, "ok, thank you." and hung up.  

Got a call this morning from the same number talking about someone committed fraud with my social security number and I either pay $795 via money pak or go to court and lose and face time in jail.. I'm gullible so I believed every word, no I haven't given them anything but now they won't stop calling.

Call me at work for an on line loan . Wanted $450 up front , but I never trust them..

Yes same thing with me john Harris also called me and had me so upset that I went out and got a money pack and paid him and now I am out of all my money because he said that the police were going to come to my job and I was going to be arrested because of this I can't pay my electric bill or water bill. Some people are just so mean and cruel to others that work hard everyday. don't know what I'm going to do but, I want be given the man another red cent.

I called my city police & they told me the same. They do not call you if they have a warrant for your arrest. These people even called my phone at work. He doesn't give clear answers & they are making up whatever they can to get money out of people. I told them go to work & don't dial my number & I will be reporting that number to the BBB.

I received a call from the same individuals. Mr John Harris & I was suppose to talk to another guy who was the same person. They are just trying to get money & if you ever applied for anything online, it's possible that how they got your information. These Arabs who are trying to scam people are getting on my nerves.

I'm getting the same thing, something about a cash loan I never got. They have my name and social right but my address is way off. They want me to pay cancellation fees or some crap. And they won't give me any answers. I'm unsure if I got hacked, identity theives or someone is playing a prank on me.

Currently working with my daughter that has been contacted by this guy...who she paid money.  I listened to his voice...he has to be stopped!  I understand an obligation to pay up, but, this is really bad.  My daughter paid via some form of pay card, he took the money, and claimed it was not there.  She is going to get a supina from our local police to get all records of transactions on the card she used because they would not give up any specifics...fo figure.  2013-02-02

The same thing happened to us.  Mr. Harris called and made treats too. I also called my police department.  I hope someone who has the power to do so, put a stop to this non-sense!

I have received several phone calls at home and on my cell phone from an "officer Harris"also. What kind of scam is this?  When u try to call the number you are disconnected after a few seconds, but you are called back from the number an hour or two later!

just got a a call from the same officer Harris and also wanted me to send them 450 dollars for a loan i don't even have it was with the company name he gave me i call them and they don't even have my name on record besides i also call the police department in my city and they say they never would come out and arrest me.

I recieved a call from a Officer John Harris who work for Civil Financial Service he said the same thing to me about me getting arrested at my home and wanted me to send them $250 through moneygram or greenpak. I asked him for the information of whom I supposed to be sending this money to and he gave me a lady name of Anita Liebman in Houston Tx. I told him okay I will send it on next Saturday 22Dec12 " HE WILL NOT BE GETTING ONE RED DIME". My daugther and I already knew it was a scam because he change the name of the loan company name twice and he kept putting me on hold, I had my daugther writing down everything and I had him to keep repeating everything to me and he was getting really upset and did not want me to talk.

yes I received a call from this number today, a guy who claimed to be a officer John Harris. He said I was being sued for money laundering and that I should make a payment to him to settle my case. I than asked for his boss or supervisor and he denied that I talk to them. Than I asked for his address and a way that I could get in touch with him so that my lawyer could be involved and once again he denied. Any legal services are gonna allow you to talk to who you need to talk to to resolve any case.
