Called my work, but said nothing when I answered. The caller ID said CUSTOMERSERVS.

Already called me 5 times today on cell phone ....left no msg.

im sick of these people calling they never leave a voice message an i try to call back an its busy or i cant get it to ring there annoying !!

I get the same.. traced the number back to NY city..

I called the number back...got busy signals twice in a row and the third redial gave me a recording saying that I was called by Benjamin Franklin Research Group regarding a political poll...

its a spam call.. they want your info, stop trying to call it back. its someone from another country trying to get your information for some " research" avoid it! I just block the caller, and delete them from my call lists.

I too am getting calls daily. Never leave a message! I am on do not call list... How do I get them to stop?!?!

Clearly this is a spam call.  No message left but multiple calls each day.

It sounds like a call center from the background noise.

They asked for my name but the Phone is in my moms name, so it must me something I signed up for on the net.

I got a call from this number today. A woman's voice asked for me by first name only. I asked her to call back and she acquiesced.

I think I found why this happens, I call them spam calls!!!

called my cell. No ID, just 917-398-5575. no message left. Isn't there a way to block specific numbers from accessing a cell? With the influx of apps these days you would think that would be top of the list!!!!!

Received calls from 917-398-5575 on my cell phone on 8/2/10 @ 5:51, 8/2/10 @ 5:52, 8/5/10 @ 3:12, 8/9/10 @ 10:42, 8/13/10 @ 4:59.  When I answer my phone there is a short delay then someone speaks for a moment and I can not understand what they saying. Before I can ask them what they are calling for they hang up.  There is no caller ID only the number, how can we get these calls to stop.

Just got a phone call rom a foreign sounding fellow from Benjamin Franklin Research Company who was promoting their scam - said I had filled out something on the Net regarding financial help or Kwhatever, and then he started pitching me loans, aid, all sorts of financial vehicles. I told him that all that stuff was available for free on the Net and I couldn't see why he called - then I signed off after he said OK - this is some kind of scam Company either stealing identities or money from dummies who give them information. Report the call to you phone Comany as a malicious scam call.

Just got called by this number, the woman on the other end had an Asian accent.  She butchered the pronunciation of my name so I politely hung up.  Didn't bother to ask who she was or what she wanted.  It did come in on my cell phone though.

This number continues to call my cell phone, which is going against my monthly minutes.  it is very irritating, especially when there is no one there.

This is a randomly generated computer sales call - just ignore it. There is no way to call back or get taken off their list.

I've been getting calls from this person/company for a few days. No message is left and when I try to call the number back, there's a recording, but it doesn't say who they are.

Got this call 3 times so far, no message left, says "BenFrankSurv" on caller ID. It's a New York City, NY Area Code and a Cellular Phone according to what I could find. I didn't pick up the phone any of the times so this is all I know.

I called 917-395-5575 and got a message stating "You were called by the Benjamin Franklin Research Group regarding a political if we did not reach you we will try again in your area in the coming months."

I have never had Verizon so not sure about that...

I googled this number and it looks like it's assigned to Verizon Wireless. I used to have Verizon but recently switched. I'm sure they are calling to see what's up.

i got a call from this number yesterday 8-3-10 and today

ID shows "BenFrankSurvey?" Getting a call from this # a few times a day. Hangs up before answering machine, once after,  but left no message.
