There is never anyone at the other end of the call when we answer. They call about 5-8 times per day. Called them back today and got an automated system. When I pressed "1" to renew the magazine subscription we don't have with them, I was asked to hold on the line while they connected me with an agent and then I received a busy tone and the call was ended. When I pressed "2" to not renew, the call was ended by them.

We have had the same problem with them.  Answer and then no response and they hang up.  What's the purpose of that if you are trying to get people to renew their magazine subscriptions?

I get a call from this number at least once a day. I answer and there is no one there. It is annoying and irritating. This number shows out of Benson, NC.

Call and leave no message. Interesting that this number is pointed to Oak Island, NC or Cary, NC. You just want to flog them them with a handset when they don't even give a reason for the call!

Has called our office at least three times today - after repeated "Hello, Hello" from our end they hang up.  Called the number back and recevied a message stating "the number you have called is not in service" Argh - A magazine subscription renewal service makes sense as many people in our office get trade magazines but it would be very nice if the folks on the other end would TALK instead of hanging up!  Sheesh!

I have received repeated calls from this number and have asked that they stop calling/that I am NOT interested.

Its an company calling to renew a magazine subscription.  For me (and others where I work), its the Medical Laboratory Observer magazine.

I get a call daily for the past two weeks. Leaves no message
