By pressing anything you are letting them know it's a valid number. If you are using a land line, by an Ooma device and subscribe to the Premier Service from which you can block calls.

I am on the do not call and these guys call everyday. I will file a complaint.

Criminal scammers, such as the "medic alert for seniors" scammers, do not obey the do not call list--they're just out to rip off seniors by trying to get our credit card numbers. Do not fall for their line,and warn others before they're taken advantage of! They're a disgusting group of scammers!

Pressing the #5 button tells you "you will not be contacted again". I did that on 4/10 a.m.. They called again that same evening and again on 4/11 and  4/12 when I hit the #5 AGAIN.  I will file a complaint with donotcall.gov but I am already on the No Call list and have been since it started. That hasn't stopped them!

THIS is an UP-DATE to my previous message.   The correct web-site for reporting this is:
 donotcall.gov.  On the left of the web-site is "file a complaint".  Click on it & you will be able to enter all info needed for them to do something about it.

You can report this # to the Do Not Call agency. It is:

This number calls my house too.  I don't answer, as soon as the answering machine picks up they hang up.  I am sooooo irritated.  I work from home and it interrupts my work.

The calls go into a call center after you press1, and if all of their scammers are busy cheating other folks the call automatically disconnects. It's best to just not answer, now that you know who's calling.

You are right! They called again about "Senior Benefits" but hung up when I pressed #1. They ALWAYS hang up!!!!   What is going on?

Another scam call from Medical Alert.  When I got the live person on the phone, I kept blowing a whistle, she still would not hang up, so I put the phone down in front of the radio (talk show). and she finally hung up.  I did not speak to her, she kept asking : "Who am I speaking to".  Do these people still get paid no matter what happens to them?  What a bunch of losers.

Yes, quite a few times, I have these A-holes on blocked. When I call back I get a busy signal.

These people (creatures) are not debt collectors, they are the ''medic alert for seniors" scammers, who try to take advantage of people--mainly the elderly, and those that care for the elderly, by trying to frighten them into supposedly buying something to keep them more secure in their homes.Once you sign up and give them your credit card number you will get nothing, and you will suffer severe financial losses!

I have received 5 call today alone!  Always the same recorded message, always from Wisconsin.  I am caring for my semi-invalid mother-in-law and these calls are coming to her!  I have received several at my own home phone.  Both phone numbers are on the No Call List both in Wisconsin and Federal!
The last call came at 7:24pm on April 10th.  LA call cam in last night, April 9th, at about 9:15pm!
How do we get these calls stopped at Both numbers?

Recieved a call from this #  a few minutes ago.  Came thru on Caller ID as WISCONSIN CALL, @ 7:40P on 4-9.      I let the answering machine pick up.   It was a mans voice giving an advertisment about Medical Emergency Buttons.  I stopped the voice message.  It's located in Green Bay, WI.

THIS NUMBER CALLED AT 7am and woke my baby, causing screaming and a terrible fight between my boyfried and me.   TERRIBLE fight!!!!!  We already lost everything but they still call constantly.

This number calls every day, then hangs up when I answer. My husband is very ill with a severe  heart condition and sleeps a lot. They have called many times and woke him up, causing his atriel fib to kick on.
