This is a cellular phone originating from the Lake Forest, CA area Orange county vicinity.   The caller hung up and did not say anything to report this as a fraudulent call

This number has called my work and my cell. I don't answer it. It is really annoying.

Fraudulent call from national scammers who say your car vehicle is about to go out of warranty. The calls come from different numbers around the country, and sometimes hit my home numbers as well.

Called cell number 2 days in a row & left no message. I'm calling the FTC & filing a complaint from this number & 3 others that I have received in the past 2 weeks. I got a call from this number as well.. Its a scam trying to get you to shell out money.. Stay AWAY!!

I have recieve many calls from this number and it is always a recording saying that my car warranty is about to expire. I did for a little bit though that this might be a legit company calling my number by mistake. However, after talking with them and asking to be removed, they told me I would be taken off their list. But I have still removed calls from them so I assumed it was a scam. Ended up putting my name on do not call list and next they called I talked with their "employee", informed him I was on the do not call list, and insisted they never call this number again. The man was very proffessional and seemed ready to help...but I still think it was a scam. I looked up this number and found same complaints from multiple different people on multiple websites.

Oh hey! I don't own a car either! And this is apparently the "second time" they've tried reaching me about my expiring auto whatever bull. I never answer numbers I don't have stored in my phone, but I was expecting a call from a company, so naturally I answered it.

My guess is, I'll be spammed with dozens of different numbers in the future.

I've been getting calls from this number for several weeks on my cell. It's VERY annoying. A prerecorded voice keeps telling me that it's the 2nd notice that my warranty is about to expire (it expired last year).

LOL, I just received a call last nite on my cell, and I live in Toronto, it just said from California, I was like who the heck was that, didn't bother answering it. Good postings, keep these scammers off the list.

Just got a call from tele marketer about expired car insurance. When I asked how he got my number and who he was, he just said "we'll take you off out call list" and hung up on me.  Don't give any information to them.

This is hilarious. So i get a call from a California area code (I live in Canada) and these ppl tried to get me to extend my warranty on my car, so i asked them what they thot my warranty was and they said it was about to expire, so i told them that i wasn?t giving them my credit card # b/c i just bought my car 4 months ago and i had a 3 yr warranty on it and they hung up on me. HAHAHA, losers! - caught them in a lie. Lol

Rcvd a call from them on my cell ph on 10/07/08. I never answer #'s I don't recognize for this reason. They did not leave a msg. I don't call these kinds of #'s back incase they track incoming calls and then  maybe start the harassment again. Maybe im just paranoid but you can never be to careful in my opinion.

Got a call on my cell phone. Tried calling back, got a recorded message saying "we only purchase business phone listings; if we reached your number in error press 2 to be removed from our list." Naturally, if you press 2, it hangs up on you.

What a coincidence, 30 seconds ago, same thing.  Suspect it's the same auto warranty scammer that's been bugging our office, off and on, from randomly-generated numbers, for six months.
