CTI Futures trading offering $1,500 per month profits on six trades.  I asked the pushy salesman to take my telephone number off his calling list.  He continued to talk.  I told him I looked the number up and it appeared to be a scam from what I could see online.  He said no, it is a different company.  Then he told me he was with a tech firm.  I again firmly told him to take my telephone number off his calling list.  He called me very rude.

Very good Idea, I would also suggest letting them know that the phone call is being recoreded. Tell them to cease and decise if the refuse file a complaint with the FCC.  By the way I just finished hanging from one of their harrassing phone calls.

Received many calls from various numbers as well.  There is a CTI collection agency in the MidWest, but these guys are calling out of Southern California.  Its the investment guys calling ... NOT the collection agency guys.  Search engines are dangerous things in the hands of those who just jump the gun and don't think a little bit.
I have reported their calls to www.donotcall.gov, but the govt. is swamped with complaints, and it takes time, if ever for them to go after these guys.

I get these calls 2 to 3 times a week. They usually hang up as soon as I answer but when I do talk to someone it is always a very pushy investment scheme in which they claim I will make a 15% return on my investment every month!  Doesn't that sound good? Don't you want to invest? How can you turn down such an offer????

When I say no that I am not interested they immediately hang up, and then call a couple of days later. If you try and call the number back it is either always busy or it goes to what sounds like a fax machine.  If you try and say that you don't want anymore calls they hang up.

is legit.  But it doesn't work the way some may think.  Read the instructions carefully, and fill out the report if it seems appropriate.  It's not like you just get a lawyer but there may be other instructions you can follow.

Not convinced that this CTI is the CTI debt collector though.

Not sure if this web site is legit. Call a lawyer in your area. They say some will take the case for free the debt collector has to pay. Depending on the attorney.

Call your congressman, he made it legal to get repeated harrassing calls from collectors you do not owe. Let him know what you think of that. If you do not speak up no one will.

Also unenforceable telemarker calls. They are legal from outside of the USA. Thanks Mr. congressman for making my life miserable.

I called from them, CTI @ 949-752-2833. They left no message. They called after 8PM which is a big no-no. They are probably mafisio types if they dont know basic Federal Law. Avoid them at all costs.

Had anybody else received harassment calls from another party right after the CTI calls stopped?  That happened to me.  In my case it was a collection agency with the wrong number.   Criminals with phones are criminals with phones and they may use them for different purposes and have several different "business lines"    Perhaps a coincidence, but very suspicious that the long chain of CTI calls stopped just as the other guys kick in.

Our household receives multiple phone calls from CTI on a daily basis.  They are NOT a debt collection agency, as they are "responding to a request for information." No one here has requested such information and we take careful precautions not to give our number to any company.  When I told the caller that we are not interested and to stop calling, he became belligerent with me.  I threatened to take my call logs to the local sheriff (in Michigan, if a corporation calls more than three times within a day, it's harassment), he asked if I was drunk or high!  I can't wait for this company to show on the caller ID again.  I suppose asking for a "supervisor" is futile - has anyone had any success?

I've been getting phone calls from them for months.  I've filed a complaint with my state atty. general as well as the California Atty. General.  I suggest that everyone do the same (at least California).  Squeekie wheel...

Calls about once a week. When I answer there calling system screws up and disconnects. When I call back I am usually intercepting there outgoing call from there system so I hear it dial a number. If I say hello someone asks for a single first name only and if I say no its not me they instantly hang up. I called back again and intercepted another outgoing call and said Hello, the man on the other end asked for someone again, I said: "Wait a minute this number calls my house at least once a week and no one is there." He Responded: "So your not <NAME>, then I have no idea who you are." and immediately hangs up. No interest other than finding the person that he is looking for. Don't answer the phone if this CTI calls you, just block the number with your phone if your able to. I have now filed a complaint with the FCC/FTC about this number/company, and suggest you do also.

CTI is a "boiler room" investment scam company, not a collection agency.

Got home and found another call from them a couple days back.  They have been calling about once every 2 weeks for 5 or 6 months from different numbers.  Weird, the two times I was home I noticed they just hang up as soon as the machine gets it.  Not a big deal since I have portable sets all over the house, so its not like I have to run and get the phone.  Just curious who they are.  Both the Credit Trackers and Currency traders match the area the calls are coming from.  Please don't Google and guess, don't post who if you don't really know.  Maybe somebody who knows will tell us who this is, and how they know (since we have obviously had some people who were just guessing).

Just got one from them, they've used various numbers in the past and I just keep adding them to my blocked list on my cell phone, they then find a new one to use.

CTI - has called too many times, seem to do it in waves where it's quite for a couple months then they fire it up on a daily attempt. Never leave a message and won't stop calling.

This is Currency Traders International.  If you Google that you will see they were indicted by the SEC for taking peoples money years ago.  If their system was so good why would they need to cold call you?  They would just be doing it for themselves.

I have had this company (CTI) calling for two years.  They now call daily and hang up.  I have also told them we are on the "do not call list".  Who are these people?  The only thing that I can find out is that the call is coming from the Los Angeles area.

"CTI" keeps calling and asking for my husband. When I ask who is calling, the person (man) hangs up. I have paid to be on the no call list. Guess it doesn't work for CTI whoever that is.

CTI - collection agency using autodialers.  Call local Atty general and complain.

This number has called me for days. I run for the phone they have hung up because I have call wave and they  leave no msg. Can't they be put  out of business somehow?
