Telemarketing is extinct now a days, he is a COLLECTOR, so if you owe some money that is why a COLLECTOR is calling you!

I know Patrick Walsh from previous collection jobs and he is a straight up guy. He worked at ERI and they only service accounts for Credit Unions. So, if he got your account then the Credit Union either did not update their accounts before sending them to be collected or you some money and you just don't want to pay.

I'm sure it was an innocent error on ERI's behalf, but you don't have to give people a bad name becuase they have a job to do. I'm pretty sure they have not called you since. We are not all bad people...

person claiming to be 'sean bell' from ERI Financial Services has been harassing my wife by calling her at her work trying to locate our son to collect an old debt that is now time-barred, and therefore uncollectable.
Owner of ERI Financial Services is Ernest Hopson. Address is 391 North Main Street, #206, Corona CA 92880-8918.
Mr. Hopson recieved certified mail from us six weeks ago demanding that he stop the harassment and follow federal laws regarding skip tracing and calling us at work for debt that we do not owe - and is now time-barred in California.
The fact that Mr. Hopson's people are continuing to violate federal laws by having his people harass us, especially since he has recieved instructions not to place phone calls to work, speaks volumes to his integrity.

Received a call from a Patrick Walsh looking for Grant Carrol. I told him it was the wrong number and he claimed that he would delete it from his records. Receive another call the following day from a Patrick Walsh now with my name claiming that he is collecting debt on behalf of my bank for an outstanding claim. When asked about account numbers and more information, I was told to contact my bank. My bank had never heard of this person or his company, IEI.

telemarketer erf or irf financial - the message was mumbled so I don't know what they are selling - the name is from the 'net too - shawn or john bel or vela - never heard of this company before and they don't have the right name for the message they left
