I just got a call from this number regarding a loan. I kept telling the person I am not interested and please take my number off the list. He asked me if he could ask me some questions I told him no and that all he needed to know is that I was not interested and to take my nubmer off their list. He then asked if I was single or married I told him it wasn't his business and to stop calling me. He told me he was in love with me and wanted to marry me. I yelled at him demanding his supervisor or manager. He tried telling me he was the supervisor so I told him I wanted to talk to his boss then. He acted like he put me on hold and came right back as if he was somebody else. I then went off on him and he got somebody else on the phone. I explained to this person what was going on and this person says "Yes he is correct he is in love with you and wants to marry you." REALLY?! I told them I was at work and did not appreciate their calls and was calling the cops.

I have recieved the same calls! Has anything ever happened from these people?

I got voicemails from these people and they fail to mention the company they're on behalf of and to immediately return the call formy name and social for legal actions and very scary message what should I do

Does anyone know where this operation is being conducted specifically?  Who is in charge of it?  As far as I can tell there is a strong case for class action.

Yeah I've gotten several calls from this number.  Every time they call it's the same thing... "the second you get this message you must call me back immediately".... "it is very important you return my call" .... "if you do not return my call all i can do is wish you luck as the situation unfolds on you".  Now... be aware the only reason I've been able to understand all the above phrases is because SEVERAL different people with THE THICKEST INDIAN ACCENTS I have ever heard in my life have left these messages.
    I've racked my brain trying to think of any possible party that would have a cause for legal action against me and I can't come up with anything.  I looked into payday loans a while back but never actually signed up for anything with any of them.  I'm considering figuring out which company they are and then figuring out how many times they've called and/or spammed my email account with offers and then actually looking into an attorney to see if I can bring legal action against them for harassment... possibly emotional damages since it's triggered an anxiety thing with me recently.

I was contacted by this number and the representative claimed that this was a law firm informing me of charges against me for a payday loan, which I have not received.  The "lawyer" then proceeded to read me a legal document but could not give me any specifics.  When I asked many questions that he could not answer, he informed me that the police was on their way to my home to take me to jail, and hung up.
