Lately I've received several of these calls.  However today it was from a 612 number instead of 952.  I just hang up on 'John.'

My aunt fits the demographic. She is getting phone calls stating that she is to pick up packages from her dead relatives. So far, they have called 4 times. The Attorney General in MN told her not to answer the number for 25 days.

Second call I have received from this automated attendant number, which informs me that they need my address to deliver (un-ordered) medical stuff.  I need to block this number and hopefully, report it to the State Attorney General's office.

Don't worry if you missed the call.  Pest...  and they don't leave a message if you don't answer.

I am getting calls from this number at least every other day. I've made several reports to the DO NOT CALL complaint line but nothing seems to be working.

Yep,( 952-649-3318-while visiting a senior) Preys on landline granny phones;They'll troll for "live  pickup, then call again and again, hoping to wear gramm down to saying yes. Never give out ANY financial access/info, as their pernicious propence to their "legal' scammerosity will sail in n out long b4 the oh so helpfull goverment phat catz pop off their lil' leweinskies.

Received several calls from this #, when I decided to answer someone named "John" said he was from the shipping department wanting to set up delivery of "medical alert system like you have seen on TV"  When I tried to tell him I wasn't interested he just kept on talking and I couldn't get a word in - I asked him to not call again but he kept on talking even after I told him I was going to report this number if he didn't stop calling - I just hung up - when I tried calling the number back a recorded message stated that the number is not in service. WHO CAN STOP THESE SCAM ARTISTS??????

We've been getting these, too. We fit the demographic mentioned. They told my wife that we were referred by "someone recently had a fall." Didn't answer the second time. The 952- prefix would be consistent with our address.

I get calls from this number almost every other day - I am having my phone company block the number.  This has been going on for months; started with occasional calls, and has escalated to every other day.  Someone wants to harass older individuals; I have news for them!  Not taking it any longer, and reporting it to every agency I can.  If this is a land line in the twin cities area, it seems that something could be done to stop it.

I have recieved many calls from this company, sometmes twice a day saying he is john , He has this medical device He's going to send oput for free, I want this stopped and now,

Have had numerous calls from this phone number over several weeks.  Each time, I choose the #5 option, which means to cancel the "free" medical device.  The response is that they will take us off their call list.  But it never happens!!

He kept on talking when I said - "Stop calling.  I don't want this  I'm on the DNC list.  I could sue you."
(Let's see if that helps.).

Have been getting calls repeatedly from this number and have tried to tell them
to honor the fact that I am on the national DNC list however it appears that it is
only a recording which tries to gather information and ship a medical alert system
by preying on the fears of many seniors.  The AG of Minnesota and the FTC should
investigate these scammers and prosecute since they are breaking the law.

Calls on an average of once a week telling me they will deliver my Medical Alert System, which I have never ordered, nor do I ever want to.  SCAM,SCAM, SCAM  Pretty deperate people out there to get your money.

Tired of getting these calls.  Don't they have to respect my DO NOT CALL registration?

I got my second call in 3 weeks from this number.  Tonight I pressed 1 after the recording and let the human on the other end have.  Wow, did I use some colorful language.  They were trying to get me to accept a free "I've fallen and I can't get up" device.

Cut him off at the stump and reported to the do not call list.

yep, i have received 4 calls from this scammer, the 4th call i pressed 1 and wasted 1hr and 22mins of his time.(i saved someone, somewhere from his call). i betting i get a call monday again, why? i scamming the scammer, hunting for a number that they will answer not get an answer machine number. then i turn that info and any other info i can get to my state att general and the fcc/consumer affairs and the do not call complaint form.
dont waste your time on the better business bureau. it isnt a gov agency.
scam the scammers for info on who they really are,
annoy the annoying callers, watch tv and say "maybe- tell me more" every few min into phone. dont let them hang up. save someones grandma,and waste a telemarketers time and profit margin.

I am getting tired of you people calling. When I answer the phone NO seems to be there. This number will be on record and filed with the Better Business Bureau if this keeps up.

Whoever is the caller is very certain that this is not a wrong number and that there is a need to deliver this item.  I have asked repeatedly to be removed from calling list to no avail.  Where do I go from here?

I blocked this hugely annoying robo-dialer and filed a complaint with the FCC and state attorney general's office. I also called the company it is pretending to represent (Medical Alert Systems), and a representative there told me it does not engage in telemarketing. The person also told me that it has received many complaints. Here is a recent story in USA Today about the scam, which is happening in many states:

call the number that comes up on caller ID, their answering machine plays a recording of the phone company's  'disconnected number' message.

I to have received a call from this number.  Never ordered.  This truly is a scam, aimed at a home bound person.  One could be intimidated into purchasing this item.. Nothing is "free".

Just redieved the call from them as well saying they want to deliver a free medic alert system, just hung up ...

Just a recording saying they want to deliver a medic alert system for which someone has already paid. Really irritating and clearly not above board.
