I've had a gentleman call from this company several times just today alone. He asked to speak with the owner of our company, but I told him she was busy on a conference call. He was very rude with me and said "No, I've been calling all day. Can I speak with her?" Absolutely not. Not with that attitude.

Months later, here I am again and Ultimate Business is up to their old tricks. I just got another call from them, with the same bull story about being an intern working on a "green" project to see how green businesses are. I told her to quit calling and that it was just getting kind of pathetic... Wow...

Was just badgered by the caller. Told him we are happy with our services, not making any changes. Finally had to hang up on him. we would NEVER do business with this company.

These people have called over 50 times in the last 2 months. They have repeatedly been told do not call back. They keep calling.

These people have now called twice and pretended to be "doing a project for school" and seeing if we are "green". (Both times it's been a very young sounding female that's called) They ask if we have 5gal bottled water service, coffee service and do we recycle shredded paper. Just the simple fact that they're lying as soon as you answer the phone is extremely disturbing.

Just had a call from this Goober. Tried to get info on who supplies our bottled water. Told him I don't give out that info. Said he was from the City of _______ with the Go Green....blah blah blah. I still said no, so he threatened me saying he will have one of his City Officials call me tomorrow.

calling constantly trying to information about our company. they are always lying about when they last talked to us. They have called twice in the last 30 minutes alone! I said to take us off the call list and they still haven't!

This man literally calls EVERY SINGLE DAY. I've told him repeatedly we do not need his services and we are not interested in a "free estimate." He does not take no for an answer. This is a real life "The Cable Guy" situation. My corporate office is looking into a way to record the calls for futher legal action against this man.
