Calls, but does not leave any message.I suggest not to call this number if you need medical supplies from Arriva. It could be pretending to be Arriva and asks you for private info. Call 1 - 800-700-4442 instead

In my opinion you did not make a mistake. I switched to Arriva a few months ago and so far I am totally satisfied with their service. Another company I was dealing with held up my Test strips saying I need to provide a log of all my tests. I too felt it was none of their business and asked them to send me an official log provided my Medicare on official Stationary and I will gladly complete it. After I made several requests, they never did send me a log. Needless to say, I ran out of strips. When I asked my doctor if this was a new Medicare requirement, he stated that all I was required to do was to give him a log of 30 days results for his records. He called it a Compliance log. When I called Arriva to open an account with them, they basically gave me the same information my Doctor gave me.
I use Humana (Walmart) for prescription drugs because the price is right if you take generics but they give me and my doctor a hassle at every turn for Diabetic drugs. The massive paperwork is annoying and they are notoriously slow in approving a diabetic drug even if it is in their Formulary.

Arriva Medical Supply is a legitimate company approved by Medicare. Their customer service is excellent and there is never more than a short wait. I utilize them and they have called me in the past, usually regarding an order refill or shipment. They have always called me on 1-800-580-2401. I do not understand why they would use 954-905-3445 to contact anyone unless they utilize Telemarketers to generate new business. In any case, a telemarketer should not ask you any private information such as date of birth or Medicare ID number. They should just ask if a company representative can contact you. In either case, I would not give them any information at all or allow them to call me. Just go to Medicare.gov/suppliers and get the official company phone number and call them using that.

Arriva Medical Supply is a Medicare approved supplier for mailorder Diabetic supply, CPAP Supplies, heating pads and back braces. I use them but they I never called on that number. The number I use is 1-800-580-2401. Although their address is in Florida, I believer they are an offshore supplier..

I am receiving calls from this company despite repeated requests that they not call me. I called back to get on the do not call list and spoke with Lou. She released all of the pt's information that was not associated with my cel number then told me she could not release info without my name!~

I keep receiving calls from Arriva. I am not with their company. They were sending supplies to my house that I did not order. I called and got the obnoxious and annoying VAN from the Phillippines. He would not get me a supervisor. He placed me on permahold. This was my second call to request that they put me on their do not call list. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will file another one. They are thieves and unethical

We used to be customers of Arriva medical but they kept sending supplies we did not need or order. I would place the order and tell them EXACTLY what to send and without fail they would send a bunch of extra stuff and charge Medicare. I reported them to the BBB and was told they have several complaints against them I dont know why they are calling now.

Yes this is Arriva Medical supplies. I am confused by others comments. I have been ordering my diabetic supplies from them for well over a year. They bill Medicare, I pay nothing. The call to remind me when my supplies are low. Never had any issues.

That's what they are supposed to do, but I received message on my father's behalf. When I called back to find out why they had called, it was a "you've won an all expense paid trip." I am sure after that they ask for medicare numbers, credit cards, bank account information, etc. SCAM!!!!

This number is associated with Arriva Medical, America's Choice for Diabetic Supplies. They are NOT telemarketers. One of their representatives are responding to an initial inquiry that was made regarding testing supplies.

These people ask for a Medicare number and that is your social security number. Then they tell you they can't help you and they then. Have your social or DOB. REPORT THESE SCAMMERS, CALL MEDICARE!

Who is this 'Medical Supplies' comes up on the Caller ID - how can we avoid them?
| Helper 2011-10-04 15:08:12 Unknown |
Tell them the next time they call you are recording their conversation (legal in most states) and will report them to the FCC and the FTC for harassment if the calls do not stop.
| Marlo 2011-10-04 15:02:39 Telemarketer |
They call constantly, my father has diabetes, a heart patient, and Parkinson's. We have asked numerous times for them to quit calling. They want to verify his DOB and I won't because they are calling us. We are at our wits end here.
