You call me every few months. And I tell you I no longer live in Colorado. And then I am told my number will be taken off the list. And then I get called again a few months later. I tire of this. I find it especially irritating that the most recent call was this past Thursday, when flooding was imminent. The last thing I think anyone cares about when their homes are in danger is a spot on the carpet, especially when it can't be seen because the carpet is soaked with floodwaters. But hey, maybe this is some brilliant marketing strategy that I am too narrow-minded to understand. Next time forest fires are a problem in Colorado, I'll start calling homes in the foothills and mountains to see if they are in need of purchasing matchbooks to make sure that folks in Northern Colorado are getting their matchbook needs taken care of.

Our company has subscribed to the DNC list. As mentioned before, dialing by hand can result in a misdial via fat-finger every once in awhile. With 3/4 of all (non-disconnected) phone numbers being on the DNC list, it's a tricky minefield to navigate.

Like stated in another reply, we make all attempts to comply with the National Do-Not-Call registry. However, given the volume of numbers registered on that registry (over 75% of the numbers sold to us by our providers), and the fact that we dial by hand means that any fat-fingering on the dialpad has a very high chance of calling a number either on the DNC registry, or disconnected. (disconnected numbers are removed from the DNC registry)

If it's repeated calls, please call our main number at 970-221-2410 and we'll figure out where it's coming from and how to stop. The FCC/FTC has stated that it does not disclose the phone number that was dialed to cause the alleged violation. If we have incorrect information that's leading to repeated calls to someone of the DNC list, we ask that we be given a chance to fix the problem in order to stop the calls once and for all. Please let us know so we can help out!

Incessantly can also be read as persistently in this situation. We're quite diligent in making sure that all of the folks in Northern Colorado are getting their cleaning needs taken care of.

If you no longer wish to receive these calls, simply inform the caller, and they should have no problem adding your number to our company's internal "Do Not Call" list. You can also contact our main line number at 970-221-2410 and ask to have a number added to the no call list.

There's no malice intended. Telemarketers get a bad rap because of the ones who have abused the telephone. However, there's still honest ones out there trying to make a living by asking hundreds of people per day if they want their carpets or upholstery cleaned. We've added at least 20 local jobs in the Fort Collins area with telemarketing asking what is essentially a simple yes or no question.

We make all attempts to comply with the Do-Not-Call registry. However, given the volume of numbers registered (over 75% of the numbers sold to us by our providers are flagged as on the DNC list), any mis-dial has a very chance of being on the DNC registry.

Now, if it's repeated calls, only two explanations I can think of:
1.) Your number was somehow connected to a past client. It could be your number used to belong to a client of ours. Another possibility is we simply typed in the wrong number when entering it in to our clients' notes. A simple misunderstanding either way that we can gladly correct when it's called to our attention.

2.) A friend, neighbor, or family member may have given your number to us to see if you needed cleaning. A simple yes/no question, and if the answer is no, we part ways and move along.

Always feel free to call our main line number back at 970-221-2410 and get this sorted out.

If a company does nothing but harass people, then it's not likely to stick around for very long. We've a track record since 2001 that's had both ups and downs, and we won't hide any of it. We have our flaws just like everyone else in the world. It's how we fix them that matters, and, being a cleaning company, we like getting that "turd" smell out of stuff. :)

These turds are violating the no-call-registry law.   I told them to stop calling and she told me she has kids to feed and a job to do.  I reported them to the FTC's no-call complaint site here:
