Received calls from this number at work and on my cell phone.  Only says it is adam jackson and this is a warning call.  Me or my attorney must call him back today or I will be in jail tomorrow.  He says he is from Crime Central America.  Don't have any idea who this is but when i called the number a recording comes on and says the number is not available at this time, call later.  Also call my sister with the same exactly verbage.   Who in the world is this and how can they be so threatening over the phone?  Don't we have laws about this

I received a message stating that my friend and I were in trouble for fraud and to call her back immediately.  They also called a few of my friends.  I work for a law firm and let a couple attorneys listen to the message, and they said to ignore it.  These people are ridiculous.

I received a phone call two days in a row. Today and yesterday. Both times i was not at home. But it is an Indian Speaking Man.  Saying I need to call back immediately that someone has taken action against my name and SS#. The phone number is 1-347-590-4535.  In New York he said. I could not understand much of what he said.  I too feel in my heart that this is not valid, but not sure what to do.
I do know if they have called two days in a row, that  the calls may continue.
And from the looks of all the posts, I am correct.

They are calling my house and my place of work saying they will arrest me....our police officer talked to them and they hung up, but I don't know how to stop it! It makes me feel really violated and I hope they are not screwing with my credit as well.

I too just got a phone call from this person but a different call back number 909-752-0226. The person had a very thick india accent. I asked her wheree she was calling from she says "the law firm" She then tells me she is calling because I have fraudulant charges against me and investigators are going to come to my house and my place of employment. I asked her for what she said a loan agains quick cash net...never heard of them. I asked her if she had proof to fax me she said no. So I said why are u calling me? She wouldn't tell me thier address and I could not understand the town she said she was supposedly calling from. She told me I was rude and wasn't listening to her so she hung up. Needless to say some other guy called me back 2 minutes later and still would not give me his address and info. I told him my attorney was going to file charges against him. I said what is your phone number he had a hard time remembering it...I told him to be on the look out because the fbi was onto him...I am so sick of these people! You can't be arrested for not paying a debt! don't pay these people any money!!!!

I  have been dealing with this Adam Jackson also he has said his name was Ryan Hernandez they call me at work and my cell day after day then they took a week off and now they are calling me again threatening me and my friends if I dont pay them I have kept a log of the phone numbers they have called me from and the names they have been crime prevention of america and a law office Im really tired of been harrassed.Let me know what we can do.

I'm interested.  this Adam Jackson calls and calls and calls not if I hang up on him he will call back 20 more times.  when I try to get information for what I was supposed to be charged for he says he needs to talk to my lawyer.  I never got a loan from quick cash net so I would be interested in stopping these threatening calls its annoying.  I thought they were limited on the amount of times they can call.  Well I have until the end of today or I will be arrested.  I don't see the police banging on my door.  Robin how do I get your info to contact me back without having the world get my phone or email

david jackson he said i had a court date on tuesday. he wouldn't even give a location.

I got a phone call this morning and some guy names Peter Hoffman. He started out calm and then he started yelling into the phone. He just kept saying "I'm praying for you". Towards then end of the message he got even more louder. I couldn't understand what he was saying. All I heard was that he needed me to call him back at 972-332-2915. He also stated that he was an officer. Yeah right!!

I am receiveing the same message at work and home.  This week the call back number has changed to 718-766-5676.  Last week I called and told them that they were to stop calling me at work and that it was against the law to harrass me at work and now the  number changed. Says that my SS# is is Government Hold and that and that my home address is under State Investigation.  I notified my local Police Department just to check to see if there was such an investigation and reported the phone calls to them.  My location is Nashville and looks like they are hitting all states.  Please beware because they also had my sisters name and sons name and they both have been getting the same phone calls stating that they will be joining me in jail and threatening me that I will lose my job and wish me good luck.

This guy is calling me saying his name as Officer Peter Hoffman, he has an indian accent so is hard to understand. He says that one of my employees is going to jail for fraud and that a warrant was issued.
I asked for a call back number he gave me 972-332-2915. he indicated that since I am XXX's employer I sould pay the fine and he could keep him from getting arrested..... Big annoying scam....

Ya these creeps keep calling me as well.Always Indian sounding and hard to understand. I too have taken there messages to the local authorities and been told its a scam and to just hang up.They leave a call back # of 972-332-2915. They have used names such as office Lopez and Harvey and David and at one time I even had a woman call. How annoying.

does anyone have an address for Crime Center of America????   I need to file a complaint with FTC.  Today they calledand said I would be taken to the courthouse along with my references (they then listed 2 names, one my daughter and another my friend) and if I annot pay the $5000 fee and would be behind bars for 6 months.  Fortuantely they left this message on my cell pone and now it is on my recorder.

Just an update...  they called back again today.  I did exactly what the police told me to do.  I told them that the call was being recorded at the request of the police and all threatening voicemails and conversations were being turned over to them.  I also said that I had contacted the Federal Trade Commission and the Ca State Attorney General and turned over all of the names and phone numbers I had.  He hung on me immediately.  I called back 2x and he kept hanging up on me and then turned off the phone.  I don't expect to be hearing from them again.  I strongly urge you guys to do the same!!!  Good luck with these creeps!  *Oh, and keep all voicemails they leave just in case you need them in the future!  Thanks!!!

I received a call a month ago from (213) 426-8993 from an Indian Man.  He stated that I should not disregard his call and that I must call him immediately before legal action was taken.  I called and he did have my info which I found odd.  When he told me that there was legal action being taken against me for a debt, but couldn't tell me for who or what, I knew something was up.  He gave me another number to call (602)926-7340 and I was supposed to speak to John Davenport.  When I called an Indian man answered "United Attorney's office.  I knew something was wrong aand I hung up.  I decided it was just a weird scam and never thought I would hear back.  Well, they called me today from an "unknown" number and left a message saying his name was Adam Jackson and if I did not call back immediately a warrent was being issued for my arrest and that they were coming to get me Friday morning!  I decided to call back to try to figure what this was all about.  I was given the number to call (209) 709-3806 which turned out to be an out of service pager.  The second number they gave me was (972)332-2915.  When they answered the phone it was yet another Indian man and he answered "who is calling".  I went around and around with this guy David Walker.  He was VERY rude and threatening.  He told me there were 3 charges of felony fraud against me for a payday loan I took out March 09.  I told him that I never took a payday loan and he just ignored that and kept threatening me and saying that the police are coming to my house Friday and I will go to jail for 6 months!  UNLESS, I pay either $5484 to the courthouse and risk being arrested when I go there, OR I could call (772) 600-4755 which is Quick Cash Net (the company I supposedly took the loan out from) and pay them $815.87 today!  I called that number and guess what... another Indian man answers and says "The Lawfirm".  Really?  I thought this was Quick Cash???  I hung up and called the police.  I have confirmed with them that there are no lawsuits against me, no warrents for my arrest, etc..  They also said that the police do not come to peoples houses for civil matters such as this,.  They said if they call again to tell them you are recording the call for the police and that you would like their address so that you can send them a letter contesting the debt.  I plan on going after these people for fraud and harrassment.  Please let me know if anyone is interested in a joint lawsuit!  Thank you.

STRANGE PHONE CALL DANGER

I was recieving threats form Mike Austin : crime monitor center laws offices in california the number was 209-729-3826, now he is calling from this number, He is asking for a previous employer that I use to work with. he left me a voice mail saying he was going to have cops come arrest me. every time I try to call the numbers to get info there is no answer. I am going to send this in to my lawyer friend if he calls me at work again. I told him to put me on a dont call list because this person no longer works here, then thats when he changed his number.

They stated that this call was from att Harvey Dent and to call the moment I received the call. They wanted to hear from either my attorney or myself and stated that if I didnt that they wished me "good luck : to whats to come.

I received that's call yesterday well driving home they told me that I have to pay 10000 by noon to today or they finna sign a arrest warranty to come get me at my job or we can settle chris was mad when I was trying to get inforamtion about the case. Now I been calling and calling but they won't answer. They called most of family asking for and saying that I'm finna be arrested for nothing faxing over 10000

I also received a called about 30min ago about arrest tomorrow me and my friends  call  for info no answer.Rrferred to my Attorney they hung up the phone.

This number left a threatening message saying the person and all it's references would be arrested. When trying to contact them. They say they work for a law firm for quick cash net. I asked the name of the law firm and they hang up. These people try to get your information but will not give information in reguards to what the call is about.
