I've been getting calls from this number for almost a month now.  They're calling my business line, but it doesn't ring through.  They go straight to my voicemail, but don't leave a message.

According to my logs, I've gotten 12 calls since August 10.

Keeps calling

We have been receiving calls from this number at least once a day for over two months.  They will leave a voice mail message with nothing on it.  When I try to call it back it's either busy or the message center says they are not accepting messages.  The caller ID says Qwest.

So annoying, we get this same number calling our office and then when we pick up no one answers!  This happens at least 3-5 times a day.

Today we finally got someone on the line after it beeped and it was some guy from India, he asked for one of the people in our office, and when we offered to take a message they said thanks and hung up.  WTF?

Same here - for the past few weeks we get 2-3 calls from this number a day.  Never anyone on the line and never leave a VM.  I call back and it is always busy.  The number is unlisted too.  
Did a reverse phone look up- found this:

I get 1-2 of these a day, have been for weeks.  No one on the phone, hangs up when I answer.  It's intensely annoying...

Wants to talk to payroll / human resorces and gives that persons name.  I put it through to that departments voicemail.  They will not leave a message.  They keep telling me it is a federal regulated matter and they can only talk to that person.  They want to verify employment but will not fax me a thing. They keep on insisting that they have to talk to this person now.  Sounds very fishy and they won't stop calling.  Five to ten times a day and for the last 6 weeks.

I can only confirm and duplicate what others have posted here. Have had several calls each day for the last month or so.

Same thing...several calls...noone there.  I called back and got an answering machine that is full!  Getting about 3 calls per day!  MAKE IT STOP!

I've been getting calls from this number for 2 weeks now.  No one is every there - just silence for 5-10 seconds and then a hang up.

The number called me every day multiple times for the past 3 weeks.  Upon answering, there was only silence and a hang-up.

I finally picked up today and there was someone on the line from "Qwest".  When I asked what office he was in, he said he was only a contract company for Qwest, but refused to identify himself further.

He said they know many people have called the number back and complained about their faulty auto-dialer.  He said he would fix it.  Yeah, right.

This number calls every day. There's never anyone on the line when I pick up and never any message -- even though there's blinkining light -- when I don't

Just keeps calling.
