Whoever this number belongs to has no sense of respect, they call every two hours for a day or two, then they stop for a week and start again.

Yep almost exactly 2 hours between calls.  Sucessful call trace was done and local PD received report and has contacted FBI. I got the impression they suspect a bounced off-shore VOiP but apparently they know something, we shall see! Calls at 06:00 and after 20:00 violations of collector rules, political auto dialers, SPAM laws, and telemarketers.  Whomever this annoyer is they are in deep trouble.

They've called me incessantly for the past few months. They call anywhere from everyday to every four days, and usually call one to three times in a day, two hours apart. It used to leave me voicemails, telling me they were looking for some woman's name and they were collecting debt from her. They no longer leave voicemails, thankfully. Every time I answer it's a machine, and I press nine for a live operator, but they almost always call me during school or after their "business hours". I'm so fed up with it!

silence called 2x today, even when I hang up the line doesn't release for full 2 minutes.

Must be a scam or an illegal auto dialer.

I get this call multiple times a day.  When I answer it is dead silence.  Try calling back and verizon wireless says it is a incomplete phone number.

called twice today.  called back and no answer.  left a message the second time - said they were "People Soft - a Debt Collection Agency".  No idea.  I'm not talking to them!

Got a call from this number yesterday and the call was routed to my answering machine.  There was a message left but the caller just said my nema and then static and the call ended.

986-680-5357 called at 10:13 does not leave a message, just like the day before.  Number doesn't work,cannot get through.

Same number keeps calling my phone.. I am also on the do not call list... really irritating to get this call several times a day and evening!!! Tried to call back ... just as everyone else said ... doesn't work! GGGRRR

Got a call several times with this number...One time I said hello and they hung up....I am tired with this number appearing on my phone all the time.

I am glad in a way to see that I am not the only one getting ghost calls from this number.  I am sooooo tired of these calls and no one answers.

This number showd up on my caller ID, when I called it back there was a automated voice saying that my call could not be completed as dialed.

So wow.  This is funny.  I got a call from here too. Says that it's a disc. #.  Hmmm

IVE GOTTEN SEVERAL CALLS THIS WEEK FROM THIS #.  WE HAVENT BEEN HOME AND NO MESSAGE.  AS I AM TYPING THIS I GOT ANOTHER CALL AND ANSWERED AND NO ONE WAS THERE.

caller ID shows number and "unavailable". No answering machine to pickup, so the false signal is being broadcast to the phone company. Call Trace via my Bell company (land line) was successful on the last of three unanswered calls on the caller ID today. Local PD got report, apparently this might be "big" since they have referred to the Justice Department (FBI) and someone from the attorney general's office is due to contact me tomorrow for some additional information.  Wonder if it is an off-shore scam/international call.  We shall see.  Meantime do NOT attempt to dial the number displayed or use auto call back (this is what I was advised by local PD and the "officer of the day" at the FBI regional office).  Report to your annoyance call bureau, make a police report regarding annoyance calls and follow instructions for a call trace.  Lets stop these bozos.

We have received 7 phone calls from this nbr in past 3 days,  986-680-5357.. no message and cannot call back to that number.. must be a scam going on, hope FBI gets these people..

Hi, same here.  I also got a similar thing from a different number a few weeks ago... FINALLY one time they replied after my "hello"... turned out to be a "health insurance" company, but I think it was a scam.  There are many people out there trying to get people's information.

ive received them at 6:30 pm and 11:55 am...whenever answered immediately hangs up, and unable to call back..."number doesnt exist" is what i get.

received a call at 16:32 and again at 19:03.  same happened as previous poster.

Called at 16:02 and again at 18:02. This is the number displayed on caller ID and what shows up on *69. No name. Silence on the line. When I hang up it does not immediately release.

Suspect some sort of scam out of the country since I'm on Do Not Call list for years.
