Its not technically a repo company. It was Southeast toyota finance calling me back to answer a question I sent through their site after I had trouble making a payment. .

I called them back and it was Mitsubishi motors loan office, it was to conduct a survey...

Just received a phone call from this number saying they were from Bank of America, verified my name and asked me if I owned a ______________. To which I replied no. "Holly" then said I must have the wrong person. It was very strange to me so I called the number back and heard, "this number is not in use, thank you for calling, good-bye" ???? I have no idea what this is about!

This is a repo company. They call on behalf of banks to repo vehicles. Answer the phone if you want to give your vehicle back!

Called me saying they were confirming a reference for a relative named Amanda Jordan. I told her that I did not know an Amanda Jordan and asked what the paperwork was. She refused to tell me. I didn't think about it until later that it was probably a collection agency calling to verify my name and phone number.

This is the reposession department for World Omni Financial. You are facing losing your car and unfortunately they operate their collection of it by leaving weird creepy messages. The only way to fix it is to call 866-238-8822 or contact your leanholder. World Omni Financial 800-686-3494
Do not call this number man 2011-06-06 20:45:51 Unknown
Called and confirmed my real first name and last name, then hung up the phone. I called back and it rang and rang.

It's definitely a randomized number from Southeast Toyota Finance. They called me about my title transfer from Georgia to New Jersey.
What's awesome is that if you call that particular number back, you should get the US. If you call the SE Toyota you end up with an outsourced call center that usually can't answer questions about the ins and outs of title transfer.

This is just customer service for s.e toyota finance...they were calling me back (I had emailed them the day before) from MO for whatever reason. I had a payoff question.

called me early in the morning, left a message asking for a reference for someone whose name she couldn't even pronounce. also, she thought my name was Vivian and thats not even close.
Ella 2011-06-06 20:45:51 Unknown
This was an automated customer satisfaction survey call. I called Southeast Toyota earlier this morning and then received a call from this number.
Mike 2011-06-06 20:45:51 Unknown
Called and left a message as Mitsubishi Motor Corporation, which i have a loan from. Not a collection call, basically simply regarding the title of of the vehicle
annoyed 2011-06-06 20:45:51 Unknown
called and did not leave a message....must have realized they had the incorrect phone number. I dont have a car loan - dont own a Toyota.
Cherise 2011-06-06 20:45:51 Unknown
they called, i didn't answer because i don't answer numbers i do not know. I called back it said thank you for calling the customer service center, for english press 1, spanish press 2. I pressed one as I don't speak spanish haha, then it said please enter my social security number followed by the pound sign. I hung up. IT's DEFINITELY A SCAM of some sort.

This is SE Toyota Finance. Called me back on a customer service question which I had left on their website. Nothing underhanded or questionable going on here.
LGC 2011-06-06 20:45:51 Unknown
Called it back and it was SE Toyta Finance. Calling to see if payment had been made. But these people speak english and sound American. The other call center I usually call sound like they are in India.

Rec'd 3 call in a row each evening. Comes up on caller ID just as MO with 314-702-4100. I called it back this morning and got a nasty b*tch named Brenda. She wanted my account number, told her I didn't know what company this was so i had no idea what account number she wanted. She stated I called SouthEast Lease. she asked for my social security number which i told her i would not give, to go in by my name. Before I gave her my name she said "this is in regards to your Toyota lease or loan" I stated I don't have a Toyota. she then said "what type of car do you have" I replied well YOU called me 3 times, I assume YOU know that. she screamed..well then, they will keep calling you until you answer, hope you enjoy the call after call" and hung up on me!
I called back (fuming!) and got another person named "tonya" she asked for my acc # and i told her the same thing I told "Brenda", I don't know what company this was so i didn't know what account number she wanted, but Tonya's answer to the questions was "This is Center One Financial, in regards to your Toyota" I told her I have no toyota, she then said do you have a mitisubisi, and told her no to that to. she said it could be a call for someone using you as a reference or someone who has you listed as a contact frm their loan/lease papers. Told her (and this is true) I don't have anyone I know that has either make of those cars. Her reply was much nicer, "I'm sorry for the inconvience. They must have the wrong number." told me I could either keep ignorning the calls or answer it and inform them of their calling the wrong number.

Oh, and we are ahead by two months on payments, so this couldn't have been for collections or repo purposes

I just called CenterOne Financial to update my address on an auto loan as we just moved this week. A couple minutes after I hung up the phone, this number called. I got online to see what is was when they called again. I answered this time and it was the same woman that I updated my address with when I called in. She said it didn't save in the system and couldn't remember the physical address so needed to get it again. So I'm guessing a number owned by this company and mother companies etc. that is shown for many different reasons???

This phone number is an agent or contractor with the repossession department for: World Omni Financial at 866-238-8822, which is the call-back number they leave for you. If you or your neighbor are facing losing a car and you/they don't respond to phone calls or messages to make payment arrangements, this company identifies and contacts neighbors who can verify that you either still live there or hopefully obtain a forwarding address/phone #, etc. They don't identify themselves so they don't get hung up on. Some of the information they obtain is outdated or incorrect but this company follows up with any possible lead old or new. Obviously, the only way to get them to stop calling is to let them know you don't know the person in question, or if it's you that has the delinquent payments, contact your leanholder.

They called saying they were checking a reference from an Amanda Jordan. I told her that I didn't not know an Amanda Jordan and did not have a relative by that name. She verified my name and phone number and then hung up. Probably a bill collector confirming my name and phone number.

I keep getting a call from this number as well. First call a lady referred to herself as "Investigator". Then they claimed to be World Omni, which I think is a division of southeaster toyota. Each time they ask for my brother and I have made it clear this is not his phone number.
